“Our wedding at Rancho Guejito was truly everything we dreamed of, and so much of that is thanks to Nicole and her incredible team.From the very first tour, Nicole made us feel so welcomed. One thing that really stood out to us was how hands-on she was throughout the entire process. We toured many venues while planning our wedding, and at most of them we never even met the owners. Nicole was completely different. She was present, involved, and genuinely cared about making sure our day was everything we hoped for. She is incredibly kind, patient, encouraging, and always so quick to communicate. Every question we had was answered thoughtfully, and she always made us feel like we were more than just another couple on the calendar. That personal connection meant so much to us during such an important season of our lives. On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly. The property is absolutely breathtaking, beautifully maintained, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how stunning the venue was. We truly felt taken care of every step of the way. If you're considering Rancho Guejito, we cannot recommend it enough. It is an absolutely magical place to get married, and Nicole is one of the biggest reasons why. “Went with a group of friends for an evening out and did the wine pairing to maximize the experience. The service was great, the wine pairing wines were well selected, but a few of the dishes missed the mark. Struggled between giving a 3 or a 4 rating because of the mixed dish experience but know restaurants live or die by these reviews so erring on rounding up to a 4.

Nectarine bruschetta: 3/5 delightful and fresh start but the toast was a little burnt and very crunchy.

Beef carpaccio: 4/5 well seasoned and delicious but found the bell pepper curd a little strong and overwhelmed the palette.

Poached Sea Oof this one was a struggle. I really wanted to like it but found this to be a huge let down. Sea Bream is a delicate and delicious fish but didn't find much flavor in the fish, sauce, or vegetable accoutrements. My fish filet also had many bones which really hurt the experience. The whole table was not a fan. Giving a 2 because it was beautifully cooked but missing flavors and textures (other than the bones).

Chicken best dish of the night. A few of the mushroom bites were a little tough but cleaned my plate and found everything else delicious

Cherry tiramisu: 4/5 cherries to tiramisu ratio was good and gave a rich bite but wasn't anything groundbreaking.

Ultimately, I did not leave hungry (which has been my experience with a few tasting menus in the past) but wasn't wowed. Maybe when the menu changes I'll have a change of heart but probably is not a repeat experience“

“Came here during happy hour on a weekday. Found an outside seating right away without wait. Typical bar food menu but food was so much more than I expected. Brussel sprouts was delicious and was definitely a hit. It was sweeter than your usual roasted balsamic brussel sprouts. It is sweet and no tang. Also ordered the fig and goat cheese flatbread. It was a good dish to share with friends during happy hour. it was not too heavy and was just the right amount!“

The only food downside ( which is why I gave Food a 4 out of 5 rating), is their Ceaser salad...it is consistently bland, really watery, and tasteless...such an unpleasant surprise given that ALL of the other salads are so delicious, and ALL of the other food is delicious. Rosina, PLEASE update the Ceaser salad..it is really awful.“

Unfortunately, We can not say the same for Manager. It’s obvious, he needs to learn some culture and manners from the Staff Members. We just recently heard, he verbally hurt a number of loyal Carvers’ customers, including few of us, with his dishonest and rude behavior…for no reasons, at all. To make it worse: He walks away, and does not allow the smallest comment. Mr. Manager, while you were in the first grade, we, the old Patrons created the “Desired Image” of Carvers, by our frequent attendance and positive word of mouth among Newcomers!“

“iI you are looking for a fun atmosphere with yummy food and drinks, this is your place. This was our impromtu date night and we will be back. We had riesling, beer, spicy chicken wings, garlic noodles, and the yummiest over baked and glazed brussels sprouts. To top it off, we ordered the bread pudding cream brulee and I must say the flavors of the vanilla ice cream, bread pudding, chocolate, and creme brulee all melts in your mouth. get ready for a party 🥳 in your mouth. Highly recommended.“
