“Mandarin House has reopened with new owners Jan 8 of 2026, and is amazing! My husband and I had the pleasure of trying it after once going to the original. The original did not impress, but the new one is sooo good!! The service was spot on, owner very friendly, and the food was delicious. They take Chinese food to the next level! Oh! And be sure to try the egg foo young! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the gravy was perfect!“

“Came here after for dinner and were pleased with our meal. A bit smaller of a buffet but still some good options. Coconut shrimp was delicious, nice and juicy. A few sushi selections. My husband tried the fish and said it was very good. I would eat here again.“

“I only go here—even though I live near plenty of options in Visalia, none of them come close to Fortune Cookie. The portions are generous, the service is consistently great & the food is always delicious. For takeout, we usually spend $25–$30, and it’s enough to feed a family of 5 with leftovers. I’ve attached the menu (current as of 5/5/26) hope it helps!“
