The chicken pieces are still the size of Cornish game hens (nothing new there 🙄) and was very disappointed with the potato poppers and apple pie poppers. Not enough apple pie filling, and the 5 (not 6 as advertised) potatoes were dry and puffless.“

We had an email allowing us a free chicken sandwich when you use the app. We don't eat out often so this was a treat for us. My husband had already used the app, so this was his second time in the app to get the free sandwich with our order. When we picked up our food, two of the young workers couldn't help us with this promotion, so we spoke with the manager. She also said sorry we can't help you! We were at the window and received our order, but had to order another item as the chicken sandwich was going to be my husband dinner and we wouldn't receive it. While we were trying to get this order going another young man came up to the window to help us! He heard about the situation and honored the free Chicken sandwich promotion. “Yesterday I stopped by the KFC at 3551 Bradshaw Rd and bought 16 pieces, but they forgot to add a small fries to my order. I called the store today and Antonio's assistant manager answered. He told me to come to the store and he would replace it. When I got to the store, he replaced it and gave me a chocolate cake. I really liked Antonio's service.“

The dining room was closed when I went, so I can't comment on that, but the drive thru was fine, other than the typical can't-understand-what-they're-saying aspect.
