“It took a little bit longer but not much. There was one guy doing online ordering, making sandwiches, taking care of walk ins, working the grill expiditing anr ring up. I can't remember his name but he was totally rocking it. This man who's name i wish I could remember. Was great. He was composed and just hustled and got the work done with a smile. He has a star wars themed tattoo on his left arm. He should be running his own franchise.

“My wife and I saw this place at Home Depot, and it was way past lunch. So both of us settled for chili dogs. I’ve eaten a lot of chili dogs in my life time, but this one was beyond my expectations. The chili is homemade , and the taste is awesome. There’s two picnic tables for eating, and that’s where we ate. I will definitely go back before lunch to try their other sandwiches.“

“Just dropped off my Slaphapper Wallyhoot to Briskit Öndagrïll over at his place, ..the Strike Three bowling ball factory so he can adjust the gyroscope for me. When I passed by Tony Baloney's I knew right then and there were I was going to eat. I've heard about Tony Baloney's but I've never been, so today I'm going to see if the urban legend is true!
Well, I don't know if they make the best sandwiches in the world..but Sactown for sure is in the top 3!

“Such delicious fresh food!! Very hard to find fresh food anywhere now-a-days. I ordered To-Go when I arrived at the store. I waited 20ish minutes, which I fully expected because they really craft your food here. But, the staff was very apologetic and offered complimentary items for my wait. The staff was also incredibly professional and friendly and they all seemed to be in a good mood working with each other which was so endearing. Ximena helped me out and she was great! I didn’t catch the names of the kitchen staff but they were also amazing!

“Two days ago was in the store with my husband Michael - I echo his praise and add the following comments:

Always allowed to use the restroom so don’t know what the one guy on Yelp is complaining about. It is well documented that the store closes at 8pm, and on this night, they didn’t rush us out even though we were still eating at 8pm. They let us stay while they cleaned the store for the night so we could finish eating. My husband wanted a meatball sandwich. Thank goodness the employee let us know that at that time of night, right before closing, the meatballs were frozen so my husband can change his mind. The meatballs during the day probably have the chance to marinade with the sauce…they would taste awful if used frozen. As for hygiene, the store is immaculate AND they wash their hands before handling food. I even saw gloves in use. One lady on Yelp complained about people from the Middle East. The absolute irrelevance of national origin, and the nature of her comments, suggests racism. If by Middle East she is trying to infer Muslim religion, then she should understand how important being a good host is to a Muslim…I have NEVER been treated so well as I am treating by Muslims while on travel. With regard to the two men I always see on duty at the store, one may be a Muslim (irrelevant, if he is) but I doubt the other is a Muslim; he wears his hair like he is a Sikh (not Muslim) which would suggest he is from Punjab, the north of India, which is in South Asia, not the Middle East. This potential Punjabi gentleman is very friendly to me and my husband, every visit.

When I saw the store is immaculate, I mean spotless. the table and floors, even behind the counter, are always clean, the trash in the bin not overflowing, and there are no bad smells. Our server - Jessica H was PHENOMINAL! She made the sandwiches perfectly and was not stingy with the ingredients. She also was able to recognize that we were a military family and gave us a military discount. Most young people don't even bother with military discounts because it's an extra button they have to push. Place was clean, server was the best. This was hands down the best Togo's experience I've ever had. We drive 10 miles out of the way (past our local Togo's) just to go to this one! Owner: give that girl a raise! “revamped this location. looks nice and clean. however service was poor. I ordered a HOT pastrami I watched my sandwich open waiting for the next person on the assembly line tane several minutes to put lettuce and a pickle. when I got my sandwich the pastrami was luke warm and by the time I got back to work the pastrami was cold. go back to 1 person makes the sandwich from star to finish. this assembly line people standing around while food gets cold!! I have been eating #9 since the 70's.“
