“Been supporting this place most of my teens and college years, I recommend this place to anyone looking for a lot of variety such as , pho , Banh Mi , snacks , drinks and anyone looking for ready to go food. Come early sometimes lines can be long. Expect delays too , sometimes they are short staff and get help from security which really is a great help to them.“

Each order is made fresh when the customer comes in, not like other sandwich shop where they make the sandwich as soon as it’s called in. “Just dropped off my Slaphapper Wallyhoot to Briskit Öndagrïll over at his place, ..the Strike Three bowling ball factory so he can adjust the gyroscope for me. When I passed by Tony Baloney's I knew right then and there were I was going to eat. I've heard about Tony Baloney's but I've never been, so today I'm going to see if the urban legend is true!

“Two days ago was in the store with my husband Michael - I echo his praise and add the following comments:

Always allowed to use the restroom so don’t know what the one guy on Yelp is complaining about. It is well documented that the store closes at 8pm, and on this night, they didn’t rush us out even though we were still eating at 8pm. They let us stay while they cleaned the store for the night so we could finish eating. My husband wanted a meatball sandwich. Thank goodness the employee let us know that at that time of night, right before closing, the meatballs were frozen so my husband can change his mind. The meatballs during the day probably have the chance to marinade with the sauce…they would taste awful if used frozen. As for hygiene, the store is immaculate AND they wash their hands before handling food. I even saw gloves in use. One lady on Yelp complained about people from the Middle East. The absolute irrelevance of national origin, and the nature of her comments, suggests racism. If by Middle East she is trying to infer Muslim religion, then she should understand how important being a good host is to a Muslim…I have NEVER been treated so well as I am treating by Muslims while on travel. With regard to the two men I always see on duty at the store, one may be a Muslim (irrelevant, if he is) but I doubt the other is a Muslim; he wears his hair like he is a Sikh (not Muslim) which would suggest he is from Punjab, the north of India, which is in South Asia, not the Middle East. This potential Punjabi gentleman is very friendly to me and my husband, every visit.

When I saw the store is immaculate, I mean spotless. the table and floors, even behind the counter, are always clean, the trash in the bin not overflowing, and there are no bad smells. I am posting this on Google because the review on Yelp was so unfair. This place, the food, and these people are great. We drive a considerable distance just to order food with them.“

“I was in Roseville a little early for the Jeopardy Tournament of NBA Champions at the Wilt Chamberlain Auditorium, and decided I had plenty of time for a couple of sandwiches at The Sandwich Spot. I normally wouldn't go to something like this but to see Michael Jordan, Shaquille O'neal and the great Kareem Abdul Jabbar all together is something you don't want to miss!

“I wanted to take a moment to write a review to appreciate the workers, Ariyan and Nazi who were on shift. I ordered on the mobile app 2-19-25 around 12pm, and when I arrived at the store to pick up, the app had not sent my order through to their end, so nothing was available in their system showing I ordered. It was a system error, and they had not received my order or payment even though I had been charged and was instructed to pick up. Instead of shoo-ing me off, Nazi and Ariyan told me not to worry about it, and offered to still make my sandwich anyways, without charge. They were incredibly kind the entire time, even during my frustration towards their system. I hope they know it was not THEM i was frustrated with. They were truly giving amazing customer service, and I appreciate them for being kind enough to process my order even without receiving it.“

“they have the best customer service in the area for any of the fast food places. We have gone multiple times but by only the 3rd time they knew our order and we’ve never had any issues. We’ve switched the order a couple times to try different things on the menu and haven’t been disappointed yet but we def have our go to orders. “Best location for subway. Been eat Subway since 6 yeas old. I can’t honestly tell you because I’m a skinny guy and don’t eat much that their portions are small and definitely not what is advertised or use to be. 12” meatballs subs have less meat than a 6” back in the day. You guys know I’m telling the truth. 6 meatballs if your lucky on a foot long is what use to be a 6” sandwich. You definitely don’t get what you pay for no amount of topping will change that and at the end me of the day subway is a rip off now. Chipotle chic flia in and out are only options maybe Jersey mikes. Bobby is great but subway needs to produce what they advertised it’s false and over priced for what you get for. No value anymore just like McDonald’s or TB! Just being honest!“

“I'm a little bit behind schedule on this review (22JUNE2025 was the date of service) but I saved the receipt on my desk as a reminder to write this well-deserved review. Our server - Jessica H was PHENOMINAL! She made the sandwiches perfectly and was not stingy with the ingredients. She also was able to recognize that we were a military family and gave us a military discount. Most young people don't even bother with military discounts because it's an extra button they have to push. Place was clean, server was the best. This was hands down the best Togo's experience I've ever had. We drive 10 miles out of the way (past our local Togo's) just to go to this one! Owner: give that girl a raise! This lady was a topical complainer though and I saw it coming before they got to the register. Other than that food was okay and service was cool even though I had to wait an extra 10 for some stupid lady....“
