“won’t be coming back to this bubble tea shop. There was no greeting when I walked in. I ordered two drinks and a piece of cake, and they didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt. After waiting six minutes, they had only made one drink. They had to remake the order to get the second drink done, and still didn’t provide a receipt. Maybe they misheard my order, but if they had given me a receipt, I would have noticed right away.

I didn’t leave a tip—first, because there was no customer service attitude, and second, because my order was to-go. Even when they messed up the order, I didn’t receive a single apology. When my order was ready, they just set it on the counter and mumbled something without caring whether I heard it. When I left, there was still no greeting, just two girls behind the counter whispering while looking at me.“

“Definitely one of the best Boba locations i have been to. The place is clean and hold a very chill vibe. There are many games to choose from but could be updated. The worker Kyia gave good suggestions and was extremely friendly. She went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my order. The tea is very refreshing and feel healthy. The bobba was filled of great flavor. I will be coming back often.“

The drinks are pretty gas, the food is decent, they put on peak anime on the tv, the people running the aux have good music taste, and the interior is good on the eyes. Also, the workers seem pretty chill and they're quick at their job, and when it's their busiest it doesn't really get that bad.“

“My all time favorite is caramel cream with boba, I used to get black sugar Assam it was good too. All drinks I tried for now did not disappointed me, some of drinks are able to adjust sweetness which is a plus. I always get it with oat milk but I wish they can have almond milk option too.“

Avocado one has very light flavor (3 stars)
Frosty tiger is just shaved milk with a little bit flavor of caramel, so I asked to give more of caramel and they fixed it. Its much better so order with a lot of caramel at the first place would be better! I appreciated they did my favor.

“Bubble University makes one of the best Brown Sugar Boba Milk Teas I’ve ever had! The sweetness is just right, and the combo of organic milk and their delicious milk foam is simply perfect. The prices are reasonable and totally worth it.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The shop is also filled with fun little toys and decorations that kids absolutely love—it’s a cute and cozy place for all ages.

The menu is wicked expansive with loads of food options. Very hefty servings! I love the tuna sandwich, veggie burrito bowl, and pesto pasta. My friend enjoys the steak burrito.

The store itself is bright, clean and laid out beautifully with plenty of sitting and lighting for chatting or studying.
