“This is the only Starbucks location that has gotten my order right every single time in the three years I’ve been coming here. Fast and friendly service every time. The employees seem to genuinely get along and be in a good mood. You can tell the difference between fake, forced customer service and an environment that truly appreciates its staff.

Shoutout to the management and the whole team for working so hard—you’re all an important part of this store’s success. Customers can make customer service challenging, but it’s clear this team consistently does a great job making customers feel appreciated.

One of the best parts of this specific store is how friendly and welcoming they are to dogs. The outside atmosphere is perfect for sitting down with your furry companions and enjoying a delicious beverage and snack.

Great job, everyone—you all deserve a raise for your hard work (and because Starbucks can afford it). Thanks for keeping us caffinated!!“

“Starbucks drinks might be pricey but it speaks for itself. They are a great morning coffee stop, it's not only coffee they offer there but breakfast and lunch items as well, of course almost all being mostly healthy foods. My favorite is a warmed cream cheese danish and a iced Carmel latte!“

“Super cool Starbucks kiosk! They don't have all the menu items that a full sized store would have, but the nice people that work there make up for that. They quickly finish orders, and often have a good sense of humor. They're really kind and treat the Folsom High Friday Crowd with respect. ;)“

“This is my favorite Starbucks in Folsom. The mobile ordering is very quick. There’s no drive thru which allows them to get your drinks done quicker ONLY if you mobile order. Ordering inside takes quite awhile. (10-15 mins) even if not busy. They make the best drinks here and at the right temperature“

“Starbucks is a good place where you can stop by quickly and have your coffee and quick bite items. Always smiley faces around and quick service. Food is good and coffee also the best. All the cups verity they have are the best and always attract you towards to them. We have lots of collection from Starbucks and still looking for new additions.“

“I visited the Starbucks on Placerville Rd with my daughter on May 20th. We were looking for the perfect gift to give her teacher for Teacher Appreciation Week. The barista who helped us was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, patient, and truly went out of her way to help my daughter choose the perfect Starbucks gift.

Her friendly attitude and helpful nature really stood out, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service she provided. It made our visit special and memorable. A big thank you to the amazing barista for making our experience so positive! A huge shout out to the representative.

I dont come to often, but when I come the associates are very kind, thoughtful, patients and knowledgeable to be helpful when I am undecided what to get. One day my APP wasn't working and they offered me still to prep. my drinks and pay as soon the APP was available. That was very nice and the stress of me, because I was ordering for my friend too.
The food is like regular Starbucks food. Indoor & outdoor seating available. It is nice to see, that there is always one associate checking and cleaning up the outdoor seatings.
Parking on streets or in nearby parking garage within short walking distance available.
