“Went through the drivethru. They got the drink size wrong. They forgot the only good item. When I went back I called and let it ring and ring twice and got hung up on. Finally got out of the car and went inside..so no ..not their best day.“
“Hello peace be upon you my name is Ali I am an Arab and I live in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and I have all the experience in cafes experience of at least 12 years and I am now looking for a job can I come to work and I will attract customers to the café“
“I’m not a big fan of franchise coffee shops, but Starbucks just so happen to be conveniently located right off the 15 Fwy from Baseline and decided to hit up that spot last weekend to catch up with one of my best friends who I haven’t seen in 5-6 years. The reason why I’m actually writing this review is because of the barista who made my coffee. I didn’t get his name, but he was so entertaining to chat with as I was wondering which coffee to order that isn’t too sweet, but strong with a unique taste. He recommended the horchata. Shaken, not stirred (really!). I have no idea what it was the first time I heard it, and now it’s the best tasting coffee drink available at Starbucks, especially how this barista suggested to add a “cream cap” on top, I was like “okay, there’s always a first for everything, let’s do it!” I ended up really enjoying this drink, as the cream on top when drinking without the straw really does blend the two flavors nicely. Plus, oatmilk was used to make this drink, which tasted a lot better than regular milk that are typically used to make lattes.
Another remarkable thing about this barista, he came out to the outdoor patio to hand serve my coffee as I got carried away chatting with my best friend and forgot to pick up my order at the counter. Oops!! Conveniently, I asked him if he could take a pic of me and my buddy as he was already here with us, and he humorously did a selfie with himself inside. I am very thankful that he did so because I want any customers going to this Starbucks location to make sure he’s the one making your drink since he knows his coffee, he gives great recommendations, and he puts passion right back to work. Thank you, mister! I can’t stop thinking about this amazing horchata!!! I’ll be dropping by again before this limited-time drink item disappears!“
“The people who work at this location are super kind. Always respectful and helpful. They are dedicated to the sign on their door that says WELCOME, because they say it, and then they act like you are. A few ladies in particular that have a happy smile on their face every single time! Every single time! They make me feel like getting coffee, or whatever drink is preferred that day an adventure. I absolutely love coming back“
“I love Starbucks at any location, this one was more of a walk in and I didn't feel like stopping for that. My sister nor myself wanted to get out, so we went to another location a couple of miles away. Nothing negative to say it's just we didn't stop because“
“It was good, but it was very slow service when we were the only people in the store, we stood at the register for 5 minutes before our order got taken. It was very good when we got our order, I love their vanilla bean Frap with carmel drizzle. So, for anyone that's never been, I recommend that. Was very good and would probably come back. Would recommend.“
“Even though I live in the Summit area of Fontana, I’ll make the drive to this Starbucks located on Slover across from the 24 Fitness. The staff is really great both mornings and nights. They are really nice and treat everyone in such a positive and welcoming manner. Today I had a double bacon and chocolate chip cookie served to me on a plate which was really nice. Then the night before this super nice crew member always remembers that I order the marshmallow dream when I come in it. This makes me the customer feel special and that the staff here goes out of their way to make sure everything is good. For me, I never encountered any rudeness or any other negative issues. The only things I get at this location is a positive attitude and a great vibe. I drive off of Summit to Citrus and then all the way down to Slover. Finally I go pass Sierra to this Starbucks. It’s always worth the drive.“
“Good Starbucks location to do homework or office work. Plenty of seating and tables to accommodate 1 or 2 or more. I showed up at approximately 1:30pm. Place was not busy and was quiet inside. I could easily do my work and hold a conversation.“
“I've visited this location in the past when in the area. When I visited recently, it obviously had undergone a major renovation. No longer were there any indoor seats for customers to linger as they sip their caffeinated drinks. Now, the place appears to be about half the size and includes a walk up window, a drive through, and a single restroom. Well, that's interesting. However, it didn't really affect my experience since my use of this location has always been as I was on the road traveling from the Upland area to the Lancaster/Palmdale region. I enjoy stopping to grab a cup of coffee to sip as I drive. So, for a grab-and-go type of location, this fits the bill perfectly. Perhaps Starbucks conducted a study and discovered that many of their customers were people like me who just needed a quick coffee but didn't require a place to enjoy it. At any rate, it is what it is, and in my experience, it's good at what it is. The service was fast and friendly, our drinks were hot and tasty, the restroom was clean, and I really had no complaints about my recent visit. I will definitely stop by again in the future when I'm on the road to somewhere.“
“Great stop for a warm pick-me-up! The latte was smooth and just the right temperature, perfect for a chilly day. The atmosphere was cozy, and I enjoyed relaxing by the window while watching the traffic outside. Service was friendly too. Overall, a solid coffee experience – I’ll definitely be back!“
“Great service with a smile. Just about every employee I've interacted with at this Starbucks has been hardworking and drivin, you can tell they take their job seriously but have no problem being friendly while continually performing at peak levels.
Vegetarian options: Great breakfast options both for vegetarian and carnivore.“
