“The boba was nice! We did order via the digital screen and the option to customize sugar/ice was not offered. Or did we miss it.
We were at the place 6:30 pm on Tuesday. The only customers. The order took a loooooong time.
It’s a peculiar thing that they still seem to have their Halloween decoration out :). It’s end of February:)

“This branch has the best service/ staff. After 12 hr of no power in our home, I asked for large/party size hot water. They handed me without asking or charging me on the Christmas day! I was willing to pay but they were understanding. Thank you for being amazing humans 🙏🏻“

“I was having a bad day and decided to stop over for something nice to improve the mood. Barista Jared was there for me. Asked few questions and listened to what I wanted. Smiled and somehow my day became better even before I tasted coffee. It is very nice to see baristas which do their jobs, including communication with sincerity and skill - very cutesy, very demure.
