Love their food, all of it, you can't lose. Good portions and friendly accommodating gals at the pick up window. Oh, they have white pinto beans refried, fabulous melt in your mouth and no Mexican restaurant has them that I have been able to find. Don't forget to tip!
Every arsenio's I've been to has been great quality food every time, super fresh n great tasting n we usually don't wait too long for our food. I'm from San Diego n there there's great taco shops everywhere. Since I've moved here about a year ago all the taco shops I've tried here sucked. Low quality tasting food compared to San Diego Taco shops. I thought I was just gonna have to give up n never have taco shop for again till I visit SD. I grew up in Southern California and there is a good taco shop on every corner. I haven't had that same experience here. However, I have to say that I drove through on Saturday afternoon and ordered the two beef taco combo and a side of carrots. The tacos were on point! They were fresh and crispy. The rice and beans were tasty too. The carrots were the best that I have had in Fresno. The service was fast and friendly. All in all it was a good experience.
