McDonald's in Fullerton

“An original McDonald's location. Ronald McDonald's footprints and signature are in the cement as you walk in. I like McDonalds but hate the new setup for customer service. The employees are in the back, and it's hard to speak to them because they only come out to drop off food and run back behind the wall. Trying to get missing food, condiments, or refills is almost impossible. This location is kept clean.

Came back on 11/1124, Veteran's Day, and had the best Big Mac meal I've had in years! Great job the the cooking staff. I'm sure it had a lot to do with it being the lunch rush. The Big Mac was so fresh and hot from the buns to the toppings. I am a Marine Corp Veteran, and I want to thank you for making my Veteran's Day amazing!“

“While the new tech is cool & all...customer service is almost non-existant! I mean if you want to know what it's like when robots take over mundane task, all you have to do is go to Mc D's & try to talk to ANYBODY on staff about ANYTHING. Then you'll know 😌. Other than that... I've been getting my food Hot! Staff should know more about the app too! Absolutely No Help there! You're on your own. Good luck 👍🏿“

“I recently visited the McDonald's located in amerige town center, and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. I ordered a hamburger, which was well cooked and delicious. The staff members were friendly and provided prompt service, making the entire dining process smooth and enjoyable. This McDonald's is consistently a great place to visit when you're in need of a quick meal without compromising on quality. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area and craving some fast food done right.“

“Usually McDonald messes up orders and nothing is done about. This morning 5/22/24 the manager at this location which name I don't have, went above and beyond to fix their mistake. Not going to say how he did it but McDonald's needs more managers like him.“
