“While visiting Bloomingdales for the first time, we saw a picture of this restaurant’s signature xiao long bao on their window. We decided to come back to try out the different flavors of these soup dumplings. We didn’t come once, but twice. First time we ordered the dumplings, wonton soup, wood ear, and pork chop. For our second trip, we were joined by a visitor from Taiwan who shared with us this restaurant group’s brand of over 10 eateries all over Asia . And how lucky we were to have stumbled upon their first North American restaurant here in OC. For our second trip we tried fried rice, noodle soup, tofu, cucumber, and ordered two deserts, black sesame mochi, and red bean glutinous rice roll. Both were freshly made, soft, easy bite and just the right amount of sweetness. Overall the portions are not huge, as you might expect, the pork chop has a soft skin, not the crispy Japanese style pork Katsu. Every dish was well prepared. They even elevated the taste of a simple fried-rice. The decor is upscale modern, the service was prompt. The server patiently explained their menu, their signature and popular dishes for us to try. When we couldn’t finish our meal, our leftovers were packed in an insulated bag. Next time we are in OC, we would definitely have a meal there again. If you do try their soup dumplings, remember to start with the original flavor, then work up the flavors: black truffle, cheese, crab, garlic, BbQ pork, Szechuan and finally kimchi. No, the kimchi is not too intense, you can do it.Vegetarian options: One person in our group is a vegetarian so we ordered, several items from their vegetarian menu-tofu, cucumber, wood ear.“
“This place exceeded all expectations! Our waiter was so well informed about menu items and was so helpful in helping us choose wisely. I can’t say enough about it! What an experience for a group of people in town for a meeting! Anytime I’m back in the area I will definitely make this place One of my must stop dining choices! “Cute and cozy establishment in Anaheim. When we came it was almost empty so the service was immediate and prompt. We had a little of everything so we were able to try most dishes and share them. Their house boba was delicious and in a cute cup.the best for me were the veggies dumplings pan fried so they have that crispy crunch.“
“Having gone to one too many weddings where I was not fed enough and/or not served tasty food, and then having heard my aunties and uncles complain for years about the food after the wedding left me scared for our wedding...I did not want the reputation of throwing THAT kind of party. But Furiwa made our lives easy! They were the caterer of choice for two other weddings for both my older brother and my husband's younger sister's wedding. We knew we wanted to keep the tradition of having them cater our wedding too and we were 1000% happy with the decision. Our guests were equally satisfied, the fried sui mai were a fan favorite with so many of our guests asking about it post-wedding and are now buying to-go from Furiwa on the weekends just to re-live that tasty goodness. From the start, Victoria and Tiffany were both great to work with. We considered both off-site catering (partnering with Victoria) and having our wedding at The Villa (partnering with Tiffany). We decided to go with an off-site option, but either way, both of them were professional, kind, patient, and great at communicating. We really appreciated all the tips and pointers along the way too. We cannot recommend Furiwa enough, you should for sure book with them!“
“This dimsum spot is a gem in OC! Portions are much more than expected and it taste very authentic!! We got an order of shumai, Chinese broccoli, fried taro,rice noodle wrap, chive shrimp dumplings, lotus wrap, stir fry roll noodle, jalapeño fish cake, Chinese bbq pork bun, and Thai tea. It would have been since if it was open seating but we tailgated. It definitely exceeded our expectations! Definitely coming back here!“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at this spacious Dim Sum restaurant. With its ample seating and numerous tables, it's perfect for gatherings of any size. Good variety of Dim Sum selections as well as regular menu options, each plate bursting with flavor and priced reasonably between $5 to $8. Whether you're stopping by for breakfast or lunch, the service is quick, allowing you to savor your meal without rushing. The parking lot in front of the restaurant is huge, it looked pretty busy all the time. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and would highly recommend it for a satisfying meal any time of day.“

“Truly a wonderful experience eating here. I got their spicy crispy pork rice, and only wish I could’ve eaten a bit more. Then I got their dessert: the mango with sticky rice and bah god it was a heaven sent. I felt my soul had been cleansed, as if my diarrhea from the night before had become a purified memory. Also, my server was very cultured and friendly, even naming the dessert in my own language that I didn’t know the name of. Very grateful to have dined here, and would come here more often once I am no longer jobless and scraping pennies off of random openings in thrown-away couches!“
“Fast service, has the dim sum staples, and has very nice ladies that work there. HOUSE SATE IS FIRE!!! For the price, the quality of dim sum is pretty good - it doesn't get any cheaper than this around the city. Got my fave, bot chien, and it was good on its own, but after reading some of these reviews, looks like I have to go back and get it fried with eggs. Shumai is good, har gow is delicious. Also got the last portion of the fried shrimp balls around 1pm, so I'm assuming those are popular as well. The only thing I don't like about this place is their location and the amount of space in the store. My S.O. and I wanted to sit in, but it was already filled since there were only like 4 tables inside. Parking lot is a literal mission to find parking AND get to your destination safely, lmao. Other than that, if you have a craving for dim sum and don't want to spend more than you have to, this place is worth a shot.“

The price point is a little high but if you don't want Chinese fusion food that doesn't put you in a food coma, I feel it's fair. Nothing I had was dosed in oil. “The Tustin location has introduced a new dish, after seeing it on Instagram, I couldn't resist giving it a try!Initially, I was concerned that the crispy skin might make the chicken dry, but my worries were quickly dispelled with the first bite—it was incredibly juicy!Of course, I couldn't resist ordering dumplings as well. “Have you ever had Michelin-rated dim sum? Located right in the heart of Irvine, we got to try dim sum classics like shu mai, shrimp dumplings, and cheung fun. However what they’re most known for is the Baked BBQ pork buns. I was a little skeptical at first just because sweet-tasting meat fillings aren’t really my thing, but this ended up being my favorite thing that we ordered! I love the buttery crust on the bun like a pineapple bun, and the sweet BBQ pork complements it perfectly.Other must-order items are the Pan-fried rice rolls with XO sauce, Spicy cucumber salad, and Sticky rice in lotus leaf.
