“I'm really impressed with this restaurant. Not only is the food delicious, but the atmosphere is also very pleasant. The Beef Stew I tried yesterday was extremely flavorful, but what I liked most was the enthusiastic and friendly service.“

“I'm a Korean, and I’ve traveled all over Vietnam many times, and I can confidently say this place has better dishes than anywhere in Vietnam...!!! Make sure to add oxtail — it’s absolutely heavenly. I’ll definitely be coming here often!“

“Pho 45 in Garden Grove is a bright, busy, and very clean spot with a friendly vibe. We ordered the phở tái chín và viên and the phở tái nạm gân. The portions were generous and well balanced, with fresh herbs and noodles. The broth was light and I personally wished for a bit more spice aroma, but it was still one of the better pho experiences I have had.

The service truly stood out. For a small mom and pop restaurant, it was the best I have seen. The owner watches every detail and the staff is very attentive. I had a stroller with me and before I even reached the table they cleared a chair so I could park it easily. Our food also came out super fast.

The space is simple with white textured walls and is very family friendly. Service is a 10, food is a 9. I would definitely return“

“1 year ago I went here for the 1st time, ordered noodle #2, black bean, fried rice and a soup. The beef noodle #2 is the only item I order after that. I grew up eating so many ramen and Chinese noodle plates in San Gabriel Valley area and at little tokyo, Jeong 's noodle is my top 1 or 2. I invited my family and friends over to try it,they all liked it. The business next door has people lining up all the time, but I wasn't impressed by their food. Jeong 's Noodle deserves that long line.“

“Food was yummy and service was very quick. Granted there were two other tables there but the food came in less than 10 minutes.

Portion sizes were also good and we ordered three dishes for 2 people and it was way more than we needed. Overall good for the price and we will be coming back to try more items on their extensive menu.“

“I’ve found myself coming to this spot many times whenever I’m in OC. It’s one of the few places where you can find a wide variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes beyond just pho, which, honestly, a lot of places still don’t get right.

I’ve tried more than six different dishes here, and every single one has been flavorful, delicious, and truly authentic. It tastes just like home.

Some of my favorites are the Bún Mắm, Bánh Hỏi Heo Quay, Bún Riêu, and Hủ Tiếu Mì Khô—all so good and packed with flavor. I don't recommend Bột Chiên tho!

The service is always friendly, and the food comes out quickly, which makes the experience even better.

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for real Vietnamese food that goes beyond the usual. A hidden gem worth checking out!“

“Omg this is my new favorite spot for Hu tieu nam vang! I got the dry version with rice noodles which came it to around $15. It was soo delicious and perfectly balanced. The sauce brings the whole dish together and love the pickled garlic! Broth was so good and comforting. The gentlemen taking our order was so friendly and upbeat. Definitely recommend!!“

“Place was packed during Saturday lunch and the food speaks for itself. Recommend by a friend because they know I love dry hu thieu. The chilli is actually spicy. I packed my bowl with the pickled garlic and burping up garlic breath the rest of the day but worth it!“

“Great little family place for Quang providence dishes. I think it’s family run so there is one person doing multi taskssss (greeter, table setter, taking & placing orders, cleaning tables, making drinks, and cashier). There is another person doing the running from the kitchen and I’m sure there is one or two cooks in there. Overall, service is nice, easy, and fast. Foods are excellent from what we ordered, we didn’t want to try the crepes since it’s literally not from there. Our foods are very tasty, well mixed and bigger portion than I thought, plus for the prices, I would say nice & affordable. Free & easy parking since it’s in a big plaza. Simply decor but bright and clean. Will come back for more.“

“Cozy little local restaurant with wonderful staffing! We came by near closing time and they were still very kind and efficient. Portions are great and ingredients are fresh but there is a limited quantity so it’s best to go early. Yummy and filling! This place is Ike Eveland approved ?“

“Arrived right before midnight on the way home from a concert. Our normal pho place was already closed. We arrived right before midnight to find a nice lady holding the door open for us she then walked us to an open table. We had menus and drinks within seconds, ordered shortly after I ordered a large and it was massive! Definitely don’t need a large. 2 bowls of hot soup came out shortly after broth was great veggies were great meat was great. Cute and clean little interior as well. Would absolutely go back and recommend to anyone that loves pho. Total was $36 for one regular and one large with a soda and a water.“

“Good spot that’s 24 hours! Sister had pho and I had a beef plate with eggs that came out on sizzling platter. Also had Vietnamese coffee. Food was great service, well once food was ordered and dropped never had any further interaction. I wanted another coffee only nobody came to check up on us so it was never ordered. “Last week we went down to OC for a conference and we tried this noodle restaurant for lunch and it was great.The price is very reasonable and the place is clean, it even has ac for the hot day.We ordered the large egg noodles special and clear noodles for my wife. It does offer Chinese donuts fried crispy which is perfect with our noodle soups.The service is fast although we’re the fist ones there LOL. My wife was skeptical about this but we tried it anyway.The broth is perfectly seasoned and tasty, not much msg as most of the noodles restaurants around.The bowl looks small but there’s plenty of ingredients inside because the bowl is deep.We enjoyed the soups and we’re glad that we tried it out.“

“It was my first time going to this restaurant and I was surprised to see Jjambbong served. First of all, the portion was large, the noodles were chewy, and the soup was like a thick jjamppong soup.
The downside was that the soup was too hot and there was too much of it, but I ate it well.“

“Tried this place for the 1st time. At the door, you notice the sign that says Military Discount. Thank you for that. Started with Egg Rolls and Spicy Edamame. Great portions, amazing flavors. Sushi had Salmon and it was very good. The ramen was Pork based ans it had a good kick. Good spicy with so much flavor. I gave the 4 stars because they have TV's and I wanted a basketball game. They couldn't change the channels for whatever reason. Asked for the bill and apply the Military Discount on the bill. The discount only applies to the Things I ate/ordered. I was there with my wife so they gave us 2 checks. It was pretty weird but oh well. But that doesn't change the fact that food was great and I want to try more items on the Menu. Good beer selection too 🍺 🍻 Enjoy!“

“The food was good, and they have special of buy 2 get 1 free right now so if anyone is on a tight budget during these times, great place to give it a try. One thing though, they have a credit card machine but only want cash so that’s a turn off for me.“

“The restaurant area is a bit small and you should probably reserve a table before you arrive. But if you have to wait, it's worth it. The food is delicious and very similar to that in Saigon. The only thing is that there are not many parking spaces and sometimes you have to compete with others for parking spaces.

Parking: There is free parking in front of the store, but there are too many cars and you have to compete.“

“Randomly ended up here after taking a 3-hour road trip on a whim—to Long Beach, and then Garden Grove not much farther. Intentionally over-ordered so as to have leftovers for folks at home, but could have overeaten and finished everything as it was all so good. Got the spring rolls, crunchy and crabby and delicious, and the crab/shrimp udon, which hit the spot. Others around had plates cooking on their tables—this wasn't the case for me. Also got a jasmine green tea w/ mango jam, so as to begin the caffeination that will get me home tonight :) A 10-minute wait for seating on a Sunday evening at 6:30pm not so bad, but bears mentioning. Probably the most popular restaurant at the Mall of Fortune here.“

Lots of toppings and it seems only took me 4-5 sips of the drinks and left with all the toppings.

Taro drinks didn't like it much..and we love taro. Due to the chucks of taro consistency was different.. best to describe like a cotton .“

“Friday 8/29/25 Lunch at Mi La Cay. Ordered the Mi La Cay special with shrimps, chicken, and pork. Delicious and savory. The soup base was perfection along with the meats.

Sean, service staff, was friendly, attentive, and work quickly to service customers. Candice, restaurant owner, was friendly and hospitable who sat down with me and had a great conversation about the restaurant and foods.

I recommend trying out this restaurant as I will be going back with my guests to try out other dishes on the menu. Lots of selection and multiple trip back to try all the dishes. Bravo to the chef for making delicious foods.

“The bun rieu/ crab vermicelli is perfect for a cold or rainy day. plenty of crab cake, a soft shell crab, oc, tofu, fresh veggie, and the flavor is always on point. They have a wide selection of drinks and my favorite is the Thai green tea with foam.“

“Parking can be a hassle since it in a shopping plaza with a market and beauty school. The place is right on corner so inside is bright and airy, it's old decor but keeps clean. Tables can be sticky so careful. Service is good, just don't like that they dropped the menu and stand there waiting for you to order right away. But fast and quick turnaround. I'm glad that I ordered the duck noodle w/ wonton (size big) dry since the soup is abit salty for my taste. The noodle is well cook and tasty plus the duck is well braised.
Overall it was very good.“
