“The coffee is always fresh. They roast their own coffee beans. I like the fact they have light, medium and dark roast. Dark is my go to. It has less caffeine. They are also dairy free. I tried Oat milk in my coffee, now I buy Oatmilk for my coffee at home.“

“I recently visited Black Dog Coffee Roasters, and it was an incredible experience! The warm, inviting atmosphere immediately drew me in, and the rich aroma of freshly roasted coffee was irresistible.

What truly sets this coffee shop apart from others is the owner’s connection to his family's coffee farm in El Salvador. This passion and knowledge about coffee truly shines through in every cup. I bought some single-origin beans which were freshly roasted on the same day right in the shop. How amazing!!

The baristas were super friendly and offer to adjust the sweetness of each drink just as you want it. I also indulged in a delicious croissant that paired perfectly with my coffee.

With its exceptional drinks, great vibe, and a heartfelt story behind the coffee, Black Dog Coffee Roasters is a must-visit for any coffee lover. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!“

“I recently stumbled upon an adorable little coffee shop, thanks to a quick search on Google. As someone who loves exploring new places, I was immediately drawn to its charm. The shop offered an impressive array of pastries. We decided to try their croissants, which turned out to be light, airy, and perfectly crispy.

The coffee menu, while straightforward, was inviting. However, I noticed that there weren't many options catered specifically for kids. After inquiring, the staff kindly provided us with a variety of alternatives, ensuring everyone could find something enjoyable. One thing we learned was that most sweeteners came with an extra charge.

We faced a minor setback when it took longer than anticipated to receive our drinks. With two orders ahead of us, we found ourselves waiting about 20 minutes. Despite the wait, we would definitely return. The coffee was simply perfect, though next time, we'll be sure to allow ourselves some extra time.“

The baristas are ALL good at what they do so I can always expect a Vanilla Latte to perfection. Their pastries are so delicious, super dog friendly. Their overall aesthetic is clean and modern. Parking is super easy at the El Segundo location. I highly recommend Offset to anyone near LAX or in the El Segundo area. I wish they'd migrate towards me in West Hollywood, lucky for me I work right next to it.“

“First off, I have to say the coffee I ordered was exceptional and so was the banana bread . Coffee was their popular Maple lavender latter with orange zest . Delicious .

The staff was helpful and tried to keep up with the busy crowd on an early Saturday morning .

It was a bit disappointing to me that I waited about 20 minutes for a cup of coffee . Perhaps a busy day with understaffed crew , so not the end of the world. Would try again for sure give them another opportunity“

“Tried their passion fruit citrus tea today, it’s so refreshing and tasty! Though they only have crystal boba, you can add it to your tea. The staff is kind and attentive, the atmosphere of the place makes me wanna do my homework in there, perfectly cozy and sweet-nutty scented. Besides their menu, they also sell a 12oz bags of coffee beans imported from different locations throughout the world, I can’t wait to try them!“

“the best coffee I've had in long beach so far! came out from Denver and am finding so many queer safe spaces. the massive trans flag was a beautiful surprise for trans day of visibility. also the interior is the perfect blend of warm and aesthetic. plants everywhere, light wood accents, and gorgeous tile 🔥 really loved this spot.“

“Have subscribed to their monthly 3-bag coffee box for about two years now, always been happy with the roasts/beans. Also like stopping in the store from time to time to snag a special roast or when we run out. The Nighthawk Blend is an amazing dark roast and we've also been enjoying the lighter roasts too. The roast consistency from bag to bag is also quite strong, means minimal fiddling with grind settings to get good pour-over going each time we get a new batch. Strongly recommend!“

My favorite part was that the ham and cheese croissant was sliced fresh deli-style. I loved my first time experience and I will definitely be back.“
