You stand in line, order, then pick up your order at the window. Only issue is there's no parking...you park like a block away, if you're lucky. Sometimes I drop.my son off to get the food while I circle the block a few times. They do not have a parking lot.“

“Our party of three got a burrito 🌯 and two quesadillas around 5:30pm. The food was very good - it came out quickly and HOT 🔥. They were, however, out of guac 🥑, which takes out a lot of their menu and food possibilities ❌😵. They did refund us for the guac we had already purchased but it was a major bummer 😔 because they weren’t that close to closing time 🕢. “Small, simple mom & pop restaurant in Glendale. Fast & friendly service and excellent food! A few chairs for dine-in, but mostly cater to orders to go. We both had the burrito poblano with carnitas and salsa verde. It was the best burrito I’ve ever had. It was filled with pork and enough rice & beans to make it great without overwhelming the carnitas. Topped with melted cheese and served with green & red salsa on the safe. We took ours to go and I added some sour cream on top. Absolutely 💯 delicious!“

“Lived in this area *Ocean View Blvd, Glendale, LaCrescenta, Eagle Rock, Flintridge, in the late 1960's and my school friends and I used to go to El Charro's on weekends to eat (thought we were really grown up!). They absolutely had the BEST cheese enchiladas I've ever in my life tasted and haven't found any as good since. Wish I could get them to dry-ice and send some of these to my current address in the Northern Great Plains (my home area) but I guess they don't do shipping. Dang, I really miss their food and I also like the red bean and rice burritos, and some other dishes. Always had GREAT salads there, as well. The ONLY mexican place we have here where I live is Chili's - yuk!“
