“Where do I start. Liz and Maggie are amazing. They made my family feel like some type of celebrity. I can’t state in this short paragraph how blown away I was by the service we received. THE BEST SERVICE, I’VE EVER RECEIVED. The drinks were excellent and the food was so good. I recommend the wagyu meatballs. The dessert was so tasty. “This is the go to restaurant when staying in LA. Food is always perfect. Service is exceptional, and honestly made to feel like family. After an amazing meal Bruce and Rene treated us to the most exquisite desserts that were truely to die for. This was the dining highlight of our US trip from Scotland and the best genuine hospitality we've experienced. Well done to all involved, wish you weren't 5000 miles away from where we live. Can't wait to come back.“

“Great food in a sketchy area. Between people yelling at me out of cars, aggressive barking dogs, and semi trucks blowing through stop signs, I didn’t feel particularly safe.

However, the pasta at Barrio is incredible. The vodka rigatoni with ground sausage was absolutely perfect and adding burrata only made it more so. You get a ton of burrata for the $5 add-on price and it was probably the best I’ve ever tasted. The pesto pasta was okay, I’m not the biggest pesto fan and it tasted like a mouthful of grass to me. The bread appetizer wasn’t worth it, the bread wasn’t warm and didn’t appear to be freshly baked.“

“I was lucky enough to speak with an employee (Alessandro, I think) in the parking lot today. He was friendly and talked with me about this wonderful pasta making factory right here in our hometown of Pasadena. Check out the ravioli and gnocchi at Trader Joes.“

“A friend and I had dinner here on a whim; it was difficult to get a reservation on the same day, but a bit of persistence prevailed in the end. I would still recommend booking ahead. The counter layout is interesting and would work best for smaller groups. The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. It seems the menu changes fairly often so I won't describe the food specifically, but we liked everything we ordered.“

“Pictures don’t do it justice — the quality of the sandwich (prosciutto & fig, chicken pesto) was next level. No idea how they make it work with such a low price point ($13.50 for one sandwich which is really 2 sandwiches because of their size) in relation to such high quality ingredients, including fresh focaccia bread, but we’re grateful for it.“

“Cozy, classic Italian dinner!!!

I ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara and the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and really enjoyed both. The carbonara was creamy and flavorful without feeling too heavy, which I loved. Total comfort food!

The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was also really tasty! The pasta was cooked perfectly, chicken was tender, and the sauce wasn’t overly thick or greasy.

Everything tasted fresh and absolutely satisfying.

Definitely ordering from here again!“

“*UPDATE* We relocated to Wisconsin and every time one of flys home a Mr. G's from here is an absolute must. My wife just brought me back a Mr. G's (she did it right and got everything on the side that wasn't meat and cheese) and it was still the best Sandwhich I've ever had. It's truly that good. Their dressing is a masterpiece. Their pickles must be hand delivered from heaven. EVERYTHING about this Sandwhich is next level. There truly is nothing else like it!“

“​Stopped by Pasta Corner at the farmers market and had a great meal. I absolutely loved the Alfredo it was fresh, saucy, a huge portion, and piled high with cheese, which totally made the dish! My son ordered the spaghetti and thought the sauce tasted great, but the texture of the pasta was a bit off for him. I also paired my meal with a really good Italian soda . Service was quick with zero wait time, though the cashier wasn't overly friendly. I'd definitely come back again for the Alfredo!“

“Redwood PIZZA is a couple steps above Duarte Pizza Co. Very good and I recommend trying if you haven’t yet. I had the wood works gourmet pizza.“

“I got the lobster pizza. I had to have them remake it because they brought me a soggy pizza and it was my birthday. Overall the atmosphere was good. And the pizza was good after they made it over. But I do feel the crust should be thicker since it does has sauce that goes on top“

“Located inside the Grand Central Market. Amazing Italian food and one of the least busy restaurants as well! You order at the kiosk and they will call your name when your food is ready. The noodles are homemade and super thick. The sauce was delicious. Portion sizes could be larger but it was a decent amount for a snack. Highly recommend if you want Italian in the GCM. Parking in the garage is $5.50 for the first 90 minutes and then $25 up to 8 hours.“

It was 2am & We had never tried this place before. I was so surprised at how high-quality it was my husband and my son also loved it.
These are hands-down, the best meatballs in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills!!!
Believe me, I have tried meatballs, everywhere and 99% of the time I’m disappointed. I am so happy that I found these meatballs! The Alfredo sauce was creamy and on par with some of the best I’ve ever had and the Caprese salad was fresh.!
I just read someone else’s review who claimed that the meatballs were frozen… That person obviously doesn’t know the difference between fresh meatballs, and frozen Because these were definitely FRESH“
