“Went here on a Saturday 5pm. No line. This is not a sit down and order place. Kind of like a cafeteria line setup. Anyway, ask the waiters anything, they will explain it all. Very friendly. I got the brisket sandwich, the wife got the salmon. The meat was definitely tops! The regular coleslaw was also great. They have several types of sauces and we liked them all. The wife liked her meal with beans and macaroni cheese. Overall the meat can't be beat. Cost us close to $50 with one soda. Pricey but we saw several families and other groups. Again, the meat makes it all worth it.”

“Every year after the Glendora All Class Reunion Picnic in October, members of the graduating class of 1969 aim to meet up for a more intimate visit at Club House 66. We started it the weekend of our 50th High School Reunion with dinner the night before our formal gala. We had our 70th birthday on the beautiful patio there 2 years later with a wonderful buffet dinner. We no longer have a committee planned reunion but we have committed to trying to make the Annual All Class Picnic and then having a no host gathering on the Club House 66 patio. This year there were 14 of us,74 year old, coming by after a day at Finkbiner Park to have drinks and dinner on a warm Indian Summer night to reminisce with childhood friends. Our server was Ruth and she was delightful and her team made us feel like royalty. They set up the table to greet the group and kept the drinks flowing , the water glasses full and brought us delicious food as we ordered it thoughout the night. Ruth made sure we each had our own bill. We didn’t even have to ask. We interacted with the other friendly families out on the patio and we all felt like we had come “home”. It was the perfect ending to a great day spent laughing about childhood memories and our journeys into adulthood. We will be back next year and plan to celebrate our Class of 1969’s 75th Birthday right there on that picturesque patio. Thank you Clubhouse 66, Ruth and the whole team who made us feel so special. ♥️”

“Food was amazing! Tried the chefs combo(turns out the chef I had was also the owner) to which every piece of sushi had a good portion of their choice on top. Miso soup was good and tried their double salmon roll special. Very flavorful and good portion on the inside and out. Place inside is small but doesnt feel cramped, servers and chef are hospitable and ambiance is calm. Great for a date or even just to relax. Definitely returning!

“I needed a catering job for the entire LA County/USC ER Room medical staff and all support personnel. 150 complete box lunches and I needed them delivered to East Los Angeles by 11.30 am. This amazing staff got up at 3 am to make sure the order was there and on time. Rave reviews were emailed to me about the quality and care of the delicious care packages given to each of those important caregivers at the hospital. First rate care and preparation. They earned my business and my respect. And support our local businesses. Just like hospitals we need diners and bakeries too! Job well done Crust and Crumble! Highly recommend.”

Inside the Glendora Public Market so lots of seating though does not feel like a good work-away-from home space.

Core: roast their own beans. Make most of their own syrups (exception being the sugar free). They really care about the coffee. For example, they don’t let me mess up the mocha when I give them my oversized mug to use. Great folks.

Extras: they have on tap a selection of third party kombuchas. And some excellent baked goods.

Also parking is free and abundant. Sometimes it can get crowded. Usually I can get my large vehicle in but sometimes I’m happy to be driving smaller :)
I don’t recommend parking on the street around here though I’ve done it.

Con: a fairly standard one in that they can’t really help you navigate allergens in their third party products.

As soon as I entered the place, I can smell good things baking and cooking. The owner showed me trays of fresh baked pastries/pies (spinach, meat & cheese) as he took them out straight from the oven. Everything looked delicious. The service was great. I ordered to go and the owner gave me a sample of the Cheese Burak (Cheese Pie) to eat on the go. I started driving off and as soon as I took my first bite I regretted immediately why I did not order that.Everything we ordered were so flavorful and delicious. They also have the best Hummus. The food was prepared perfectly, and tasty. The service was attentive and friendly. This location is also one of the few that still has a bar, and has a happy hour. Open 24 hours. Perfect to grab a quick reasonably priced meal.”

One of the details that touches me most is the Bible verse displayed a beautiful reminder of faith and gratitude that makes me want to support this business even more. I can easily see this place thriving in Florida in Jupiter, Tequesta, or Stuart all near Palm Beach. Trust me, we need something like this there!

“Unfortunately today there was a blip in my son’s chile verde burrito. First of all he ordered a Chili Relleno Burrito and it had Chile Verde on it. So he thought ok. But it was a pork burrito! I told him to ask them for what I ordered. He blew it off. He regretted his decision. The pork meat was very dry and bland and so was the sauce. I tasted it and I agreed. Then I ordered Topo Chico soda water usual charge is $3.75. This time they charged $4.75. Why? Last Friday a young man served us our soda water in a nicely decorated Margarita glass, salted rim and a lime. With an umbrella too. So cute. Our server said he wanted to make it worth your $3.75. I ordered the same thing today mind you. But this time the owner charged it as a Whiskey Shot…huh?!? So my son was charged an additional $1 for serving my soda water in a pretty Margarita glass, salted rim and a lime. 🍋‍🟩 So where was the Whiskey! 😂”

“I used to live really close by and would walk over at least once or twice a week. I recently moved to Texas and the food from this restaurant is one of the few things I miss. I have literally lost 10 pounds because I haven’t found a replacement go to place. I still need to loose the other 40 pounds I gained living so close to such delicious food. I recommend the super carne asada burrito, breakfast burrito, the carne asada torta, and the refried beans. Even when my budget couldn’t accommodate eating there repeatedly I would get a large order of beans and have them as a side for multiple homemade meals. If you want to loose weight this may not be the place for you, but if your looking for delicious food this is the place to go.”

“Been to this bar for awhile now and over all i find the snacks they have here are nice pretzels and beefjerky are A1, service is great never have to wait long for a beer or wine based drink which still gets you on a good buzz on a hot or cold day or night , customer service is great very friendly and not like the usual bars this bar you can talk to people and start a conversation other places feel like people just want to be left alone, got a nice pool table only a dollar for play with normal bar ettiquette rules everybody writes there name on board and goes by list they got touch tunes for music sometimes they got events going on like live band or dj or comedy night or sing nights and they have vendors random pop up events that are good to support small buisness that are are there way up good food vendors choice decently priced overall for everything all management and bar staff are very friendly and professional my personal opinion this is the go to bar and wednesday or sunday night Mel is working she is such a sweetheart and the best in my opinion great worker very friendly and good vibes all around like any other dive bar dont forget to tip your bartenders they work hard and make sure you enjoy yourself for the night have fun but pace yourself because you can get messed up really quickly on these delicious drinks they creep up on you like security here they have on event nights always have your valid id on you and make sure its not expired they will tell even the regulars to get it fixed before they come back inside the establishment another thing they have cbd drinks as well and also non alcoholic drinks to so if you dont drink alcohol you can still kick it with friends with a different type of beverage check it out and be safe”

They have giant games set up like Jenga, Connect Four, Cornhole, and more! Nice seating available too. Definitely worth checking out!”

Unlike the others that tend to overheat it, here the coffee cake comes out soft, warm, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious every single time.
