“Very impressed with the level of service I received here at this Baskin Robbin’s in Glendora! I accidentally put in two orders for the same cake on the app, and immediately called into the store to ask for assistance. Mikayla picked up and understood my issue right away, and then called me back after ten minutes, telling me her boss would ensure that the correct amount be refunded and only one cake made. The refund was processed within 48 hours as promised, and the cake was ready and exactly as I ordered upon pickup. The cake was a bit smaller than I expected, but did end up feeding the amount of people that the website said it would. I would definitely order from this location again!“

“Been to this location a couple of times, always tons of parking, tucked away in the corner, very clean store, not a ton of seating, if you have more than two you might not be able to sit together. No outdoor seating. Friendly helpful staff, lots of flavor, and prices as expected anywhere else. Would highly recommend and return.

“5 stars for the service but omg we just came to try the Tiger Milk Tea with boba and oh boy avoid at all costs. Whoever thought of it had a great idea and presentation(minus the vanilla scoop making it look like chunks of cheese floating around your tea) but awful awful execution. Also did not know the brown sugar boba was popping boba and it just felt like exploding gobs of caramel with each boba, very unpleasant. Get something else!!Also big sad there's no bubblegum flavor ice cream. :(“
