“Very impressed with the level of service I received here at this Baskin Robbin’s in Glendora! I accidentally put in two orders for the same cake on the app, and immediately called into the store to ask for assistance. Mikayla picked up and understood my issue right away, and then called me back after ten minutes, telling me her boss would ensure that the correct amount be refunded and only one cake made. The refund was processed within 48 hours as promised, and the cake was ready and exactly as I ordered upon pickup. The cake was a bit smaller than I expected, but did end up feeding the amount of people that the website said it would. I would definitely order from this location again!“

“The store was very crowded even in the morning. The line was really long. The food was really great though - nice pastries, nice burritos, and nice croquettes. The tables were very close to each other and it was a very open and crowded hall stuffed with loads of people. I feel like they were understaffed.“

“The bakery has an amazing display case of sweets & treats! However, things were TOO sweet, in my opinion. For breakfast I got a veggie tortilla española, which was tasty. I got an iced matcha latte too, but it was way too sweet. You could barely taste the matcha. I got a Napoleon cake that looked better than it tasted. IDK what the top layer was? Merengue? It was too sweet for me. And something felt off about the cream? The texture? I also got a lemon tart which is my fav treat, but theirs was just too, too sweet. It was very pretty but there was a lattice layer or icing on top that was unnecessary. Lastly, I got a chocolate croissant & it was perfection! It was the one thing that wasn’t too sweet.

If you like very sweet, this is a great place for you. Personally most of the things were just way too sweet for me. I would go here again to try more stuff tho!“

“My family has been coming here well over 35 years ( in fact since they 1st opened )….We still continue to get my mothers birthday cake here ~ the only difference is we drive in from Phoenix ~ we bag it and place it on ice in a ice chest ~ This year she will get it a few days earlier. “5 stars for the service but omg we just came to try the Tiger Milk Tea with boba and oh boy avoid at all costs. Whoever thought of it had a great idea and presentation(minus the vanilla scoop making it look like chunks of cheese floating around your tea) but awful awful execution. Also did not know the brown sugar boba was popping boba and it just felt like exploding gobs of caramel with each boba, very unpleasant. Get something else!!Also big sad there's no bubblegum flavor ice cream. :(“

“I was having a really bad day and I needed something to cheer me up so I decided to go to this Cold Stone Creamery location for some ice cream. The young lady who served me was beyond welcoming and she was incredibly sweet. She doesn't know this, but she really helped me feel better that day. He is friendly, courteous, and knows how to scoop. He always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcome. He is also very fast at preparing our orders, whether it’s a cone, a sundae, or a cake.
