I accidentally put in two orders for the same cake on the app, and immediately called into the store to ask for assistance. Mikayla picked up and understood my issue right away, and then called me back after ten minutes, telling me her boss would ensure that the correct amount be refunded and only one cake made. The refund was processed within 48 hours as promised, and the cake was ready and exactly as I ordered upon pickup. The cake was a bit smaller than I expected, but did end up feeding the amount of people that the website said it would. I would definitely order from this location again!“

“Went for first time today. Extremely busy place. But considering the number of customers, they were pretty fast. I would definitely recommend them for their quality and efficiency. It’s noisy because of the hard surfaces construction but otherwise, all good.“

Their owner, Leo and I created a lot beautiful and delicious wedding cakes together. He is very easy to work with and will go the extra miles to meet your request. They are specialized in fresh cream cake with fresh fruit ingredients. And their price is really reasonable, too. This is definitely a hidden jewel in our neighborhood. “The place, the taste of the snow is excellent, we are frequent customers, yesterday Easter Sunday, we were 6 people and the girl who was there, was so miserable in her attitude, she did not answer a hello, good afternoon, because of her attitude one of the snows fell of the weight and my daughter had to lift and continue with the same snow because she never did anything and with her unfriendly face it is a shame I hope she never touches us again we were very discouraged with that attention“
