“My opinion best Hamburgers in Sacramento. Where else can you get a burger made from venison, wild boar, Wagyu, Bison, Camel or even Gator bites ? Exotic meats and great selection of craft beers owner is an awesome staff is great and the cook is on point. Oh and the fries are to die for 🤤. Definitely a must try if you are in the Sacramento area and love hamburgers and fries.“

“I won a gift certificate for a 3-course meal for 2. Went there last night. The food was amazing. Portion sizes were generous but not ridiculously so. Our waiter was attentive without being a pest, and very sweet. He really cared about what we thought of the meal. I had the wild mushroom soup for a first course, and we both had the short rib main course. It tasted delicious and the meat was so tender you could cut it with a fork.

We will definitely be back.“

“This place is a true gem! My husband and I have ate here twice now and we have NOT been disappointed. Our first time there he ordered a burger of some sort and I got the grilled chicken sandwhich in a lettuce wrap. Both were absolutely delicious. Our second time around he got the pesto crepe with fries, and I got the Mediterranean crepe with salad. We both agreed that my crepe was better, despite our love of pesto, but both were good. The fries and salad hit the spot as well, mostly because their ranch dressing is fantastic. Prices were definitely reasonable. I look forward to trying other things on the menu. Whether you want savory or sweet there's something for everyone!“

“I eat at Huckleberry’s at least twice a month, today however my experience was not good to the point that I did not leave a tip and feel terrible about that. I went in around noon on Sunday, I knew it would be busy. I signed in for one and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I sat there roughly 10 minutes. Two ladies came in signed in. Apparently they knew one of the waitress and were seated a few minutes later even though I was there before them. A waiter then approached the hostess and pointed at the clipboard, the hostess told him she was not going to seat one person in a booth. So I approached the hostess that initially signed me in and inquired why the two ladies were given a booth even though I was there before them, she didn’t know and looked for the waitress who sat them. The waitress proceeded to move them to a bigger booth to seat me. I was very disappointed. I realize it was not right to leave a tip but customers should not be given preferential treatment.“

“We came by The Squeeze today and it was their last day in their current building. So sad that they will not be there any longer. However, they will have a food truck and advised us that if you search them on Facebook or Instagram they will provide more details about when the food truck will start to be available. The food truck will also be available for catering which I thought was awesome.“

“Delicious pancakes. They were huge and very tasty I had plenty to bring home for later. I think I got about three meals out of it. The bacon was a bit unevenly cooked, some of it was very crispy some of it was kind of rubbery. This is a very popular local place always busy.“

Our server, Drew provided excellent recommendations on both drinks and food that were a hit! It was really nice that he remembered me from a previous visit over a month ago. That level of attention to detail goes a long way in the food service world.

Although they don’t have gluten-free menu, there is gluten-free bread and plenty of dishes to choose from that are close?enough. They are the best we have ever had! The flavors are amazing, the ketchup here is to die for, and there is hardly anyone inside, so it's generally on the quiet side.

“We had an to Roy in Granite Bay and decided to try this since it was close by. So glad we found it! I love the atmosphere and location. Food was terrific and staff was very friendly. The Farm Bowl was delicious. My 12 year old can be a picky eater so thankfully there was a special of braised beef sliders, which he loved. Happy to recommend it. We need to come back for breakfast.“

“Did you know there are but TWO Barnes & Noble Kitchens in the world? Folsom is so lucky to have one of those two! Honestly this is the best place for brunch on the weekends, with plenty of patio space, DELICIOUS food (their crispy potatoes are sooo addictive), and of course, surrounded by books and magazines to enjoy. If you love chicken fried steak and gravy, this is the restaurant for you.😋 The breakfast special was chicken fried steak and eggs, you can choose 2 pancakes or 1/2 waffle (I took the waffle, since the name was Country Waffles). The waffle was very good. Not heavy, soggy, or rubbery. The lunch special is a country fried steak and gravy sandwich, finally the dinner special is country fried steak and gravy with mashed potatoes.

If I had a disappointment it was the gravy. It was made with breakfast sausages cut into pieces, not sautéed ground pork. 🤐

When she's not there, Dani and Carla make sure to take on the role!! My husband is the pickiest customer every server dreads haha. But they know how to satisfy all his wants for his meal. “I've passed by this place many times but never went in. One day I got a coupon in the mail and was intrigued. Prices are good. And they serve Indian food too, what?!? I had to try it. And ya know what? I was not disappointed. The decor has that old school diner vibe. The people are nice. And the butter chicken I had was very creamy and tasty. Though this isn't a fancy hip new joint, it's fun to have Indian food in a place called country kitchen. For that I'll give it all the stars.“
