Portions are hearty and prices are reasonable. The lunch specials are fantastic. Not many places you can get 2 tacos, beans and rice for under $9 with good quality now a days.

Prices have gone up noticeably since I last came here to enjoy some Mexican food. It's not quite the value that it was. Their plates used to be $13.99 and that's gone up to $17 for comparison. That said, they offer overall quality food.“

Should be a forklift, to be frank. Such a large volume of fish! I ordered two once - big mistake..waaaay too much food. There's a menu item that is two fish tacos AND rice AND beans... madness. Who even does that. Rice. Beans. It's. Madness y'all. I'm telling you.

“Valencia restaurant is a small Mexican restaurant attached to a small Mexican grocery store. There is seating for a small amount of people, but we usually order to go. Their food is so authentically delicious from their chicken tacos to their Birria tacos w/ consume (juice from the meat to dip your tacos in) it's all so good! The people are friendly and helpful. The legendary California taco is ground beef, American cheese wrapped in a corn tortilla, that is grilled and dusted and Parmesan cheese. Then topped with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. It's a cheesy, greasy taste of heaven. Jimboy's only uses fresh ingredients in everything is made from scratch. They take pride in their unique tacos and home style cooking. This isn't a great date spot, but it is a great place to get your taco fix. They do have an off the menu item, it's called The Gypsy taco. It's extra meat, extra cheese with no lettuce. She picked the aioli spicy chicken sandwich (I would have picked a burger). I am glad I did. I was able to enjoy something delightful I may not have ever tried. Definitely a food stop in Folsom. I found it by looking at reviews. Represa Grill had the highest rating and well deserved.“
