Compared to other bakeries in the area, this is by far one of the best locations I have ever been to for pastries and coffee. “Nothing Bundt Cakes is my go to for all gatherings, celebrations, birthdays etc for the last few years. I appreciate that they are so accommodating when you call to place an order and they'll wrap the cake if you're traveling further distances. I'm obsessed with their cream cheese frosting and all the cane flavors are most and delicious! Not overly sweet and sugary at all. I love calling to place an order and picking it up the same day! The larger cakes are fantastic for groups, the little bundtlettes are the cutest size and portion for one! I love their lemon raspberry flavor, chocolate, and red velvet! I know they have chocolate chip gluten free available and I hope more gluten free flavors coming!!! Great service, well priced, scrumptious product! Can't rave about this place enough. Easily located in a shipping center with a large parking lot!“

“Could not recommend Sugar Babies more! I reached out to Mae via email to inquire about a dessert spread for a baby shower. I sent along some inspiration photos for the theme and requested a quote and she got back to me with the best prices in the LA area. Not only did the desserts turn out so cute, they were delicious too! Such a big hit with the guests. Mae was great with communicating via email exchange and pick up on the day of was seamless. We will definitely be reaching out to Mae and her team for more events and dessert needs.“

“Greeted kindly from the second I walked in! The lovely ladies working there today (Wednesday) late morning/early noon made my experience worth the drive! Drove from Santa Monica to get the celebration cake at this location for my mom's birthday. I also picked up beautiful heart sparkler candles and cute mini party hats from the beautiful table set up with a variety of candles and last minute necessities for the occasion! Will definitely make the drive for the wonderful service and cake options!“

“I just realized they now have gluten free ! Oh happy day ! Picked up a bunch for my birthday and some gf and some not - for various family members and all of them are delicious ! Everyone said how good they are and one family member rarely ever eats desserts but this one was an exception so there is a big yes vote! “My friend and I were looking for a snack after eating we found this place! They have a good assortment of Bundt cakes and don't skimp on the icing! Individual cakes are $6 each and you can get a dozen for $72, good for a party! There was only one woman working (like I said, don't be in a hurry), but she was personable and efficient enough. It looks like they do platters and arrangements, see the pics for a better handle on what they offer! Cool place and a guilty pleasure! I'd give this place five stars if it weren't for the parking. “I spent $250 on my kid's 1st birthday cake and it was totally worth it. Of I ever get married, I'm going to have this place design my wedding cake. Every summer, I make an appointment with Mary 2-3 weeks prior to my birthday and she always is eager and ready to bring my ideas to reality in her creative space. Even after we have finalized all the details, she will contact me a couple times prior to the pick up date just to verify the details or to suggest new ideas. I have purchased my birthday cake every year for the last 4 years at Helena Wirth Cakes. This year for my 30th Birthday, I came to Mary very excited for my 30th birthday cake. The cake is themed with ideas from my favorite TV series. Once again, she created the perfect cake for my birthday and made my 30th birthday very special! She is an Amazing Woman and her business produces perfect Cakes!“

“Fresh cream, fresh strawberries, soft delicate white cake -- this birthday cake was sublime! They call it strawberry shortcake, but I don't know why as it is not short of anything. See my photos :) Our family have bought from Porto's for fresh birthday cakes -- and I'm not knocking Porto's as they are pretty great. But La Creme was easily as good or better, and price was $1 different than Porto's. No fussing with driving, parking, lining up. This is a charming store/small business. A really lovely lady assisted us with all the warmth of a family member we just hadn't met yet. The bakery is in the back, right corner of the strip mall everyone blocks while they are lined up to enter In' n' Out's drive through. We'll be back, La Creme! The cake was a big hit. Thank you“

The peanut butter cookie as well as the chocolate chip cookies were also delicious. The chocolate chip was a family favorite. All were reasonably priced by today's standards. The cake was soft and delicious, and the frosting was not as sweet as other cakes which is perfect. I served it with some fresh strawberries (a perfect addition). The Triple Berry Cake Jars are now a favorite of the household as well. My sister absolutely loved the cake too.I ordered the small size, and it was plenty for 5 of us, with about half left over (which will be eaten quickly).The shop is very cute and clean, and the staff are all extremely friendly and kind!I definitely need to try the pies next.“
