“I recently visited RoyalTea Boba in Grand Terrace and had an amazing experience! This family-owned shop has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it a must-visit in the area. One highlight was the special boba milk tea they made for me—it was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the boba pearls had just the right texture.

Another unique feature is their merchandise area, where I found instant bubble tea kits. I bought one to try making boba tea at home with my family. While our homemade version didn't quite match RoyalTea's perfection, it was a fun project.
The shop is beautifully decorated, and the shelves are stocked with various boba tea flavors and kits. It's clear that a lot of thought and care goes into every aspect of this business.

“Love this place! I've tried about 10 different types of teas so far, and have also had the popcorn chicken and popcorn chicken curry. All very good. I would highly recommend the creme brulee tea for sweet tooths and the regular jasmine milk tea, with which you can never go wrong. Still looking forward to trying new things on the menu!“

“Only good boba place I know of. Decent prices, and you can very quickly get points towards 5 dollars off by using your phone number. Boba is always great and the drink flavors are always good. They used to add fruit pieces to the fruit teas, but don't really do that anymore.

The restroom isn't the best but it's fair enough. There is a comfortable seating area for young kids. Toys and games are available to look through while drinking bobas.

Kid-friendliness: Donated toy section where kids can sit and enjoy playing. A little free library is also in the front of the store.“

The boba alone is the best I’ve had from other places and the drink is great, put them both together and it’s perfect. I always get matcha and the flavor is just the way I like it!!“

“Honestly pretty delicious boba place! It was a late night and this place was thankfully open, I absolutely love their late hours! I went in about 9 PM there were 10 guests in there and more kept on coming! I was helped and my boba was given to me within 7 or less minutes, not only mine but everyone’s else’s boba order. The food did take about 15 minutes not a problem. I saw a lot of people ordering jalapeño rice I think that’s a favorite thing here. Place was clean staff is super friendly. Affordable prices, I’d recommend it. 100%“

“There were little to no customers when we arrived. Staff was polite and we quickly received our drinks but my matcha was unfortunately not sealed properly and some spilled. The Peach Tea was good although some of the peach bits ranged from tasty to sour flavor. The Matcha Milk Tea was alright.“

“I have officially been here 5 times. I love the drinks! Dani and Noah are the best mixologists when it comes to my oolong tea, passion fruit and taro drinks. Everyone is great!! place is clean. Lots of parking. Tea house is located in the south west shopping center where Taco Bell and Jack in the box are located.“

“Edit: The owner reached out and was kind enough to offer my drink be remade and explained what happened. I apologize for being rude and not being more clear. I got a large drink and was charged extra for that. I understand why large drinks cost extra-- that was not my issue. I ask you please note that I did not add the "Hot" option in my order, because the teabags used are brewed with hot water already, and I selected "no ice" for the drink. The "Hot" option upcharge means they will use double the tea bags to make more tea to fill the volume of the cup, instead of using ice to fill half of the volume with water and lower the temperature.

It's clear that the owner is very passionate about her business, and she chooses to engage with criticism in good-faith. I'm appreciative and grateful for that. This definitely improves my impressions of the place.

The menu mainly has dairy-enriched tea and coffee drinks, ice-blended tea and coffee drinks, and tisanes or teas blended with fruity syrups and/or natural flavorings. Lots of options for add-ins, too. If that's your thing, I bet you'll enjoy it.

I got a Large Rose Oolong tea with No Ice, 50% sweetness, and some kind of savory cheese foam for contrast. I wanted to try it with egg foam and have a waffle, but they didn't have those... I asked for substitutes for the waffle hoping for some kind of pastry or sweet, but I was denied that. There were also mistakes made when brewing (or maybe that's how the drink is due to using tea bags instead of loose leaf) because my drink had a pleasant rose flavor with a dominant aftertaste of bitter tannins. Because I ordered "no ice" and didn't order it "Hot," the tea was room temperature and the flavor was milder than I like. Also, the worker forgot my cheese foam.

I love tea! I came here for the tea, So I was a bit disappointed of the outcome. I'm sure if I got something else from the menu then I would have a better first impression. The place is very nice to look at and there are games you can play while you wait.“

“Really convenient location for students or travelers alike near UC Riverside that offers delicious Mochi corn dogs, mochi donuts, and ice cream. They offer Half & Half (half hotdog, half mozzarella cheese), full (all mozzarella or all hotdog), and the addition of toppings on the outer coating: Ramen, Cereal, Takis, and Hot Cheetos. Sugar is also not added to the corn dog by default, but you can request it to be added. Of course, they also offer the usual condiments like ketchup and mustard, as well as sweet n sour sauce

To drink, they have Boba, Fruit Tea, Coffee, and some other specialty drinks

The mochi donuts come in flavors: funnel cake, churro, taro, custard pudding, strawberry chocolate, chocolate, red velvet, and yogurt.

Ice cream: mint chocolate chip, vanilla, cookies and cream, rocky road, cotton candy, and strawberry cheesecake.

The quality here is excellent and the pricing is fair. This is one of my go-to spots for lunch since it’s so close to UCR’s campus. Service is also great, very friendly and welcoming—especially Kori. Atmosphere is also nicely decorated with subtle music playing in the background. Restroom is also offered. Overall 5 stars no doubt!“

“Tealove is now my new favorite for Boba. I used to go to another place very similar to this one and very close on Valley blvd. " I don't want to list the name," but every time I went there. They made me feel very uncomfortable with their attitudes, like it bugged them when I ordered my drinks. I like to see a smile, not a frown. So, one day, I walk into Tealove, and I actually get greeted by an employee who actually seemed happy to work there. So now this is the place where I take my money too. The drinks are great and they have a nice variety of drinks, very colorful ones too. The sizes aren't limited like other places. They have small to jumbo size. Tea Love also offers different levels of sweetness to your drinks from 0 percent sweet to I believe it's 110 percent sweet for your drink. My favorite drink is the Jazime Honey Green Tea with Lychee jelly. In jumbo size. Lol“

And I like that it’s freshly brewed iced tea. The added lime gives it a refreshing taste.
