“Update: I was willing to give it another try. This time I was not disappointed. It started while the drink was being Blended. They picked up the cup and showed it some love with some Caramel 😍😍😍 I felt my mood change from a pick me up to excited delight. Knowing I had a great treat to look forward to the dopamine boost was primed and waiting for that first sweet, warm and cold sip. Very very pleased with this time. Will include old review to show that there was an issue and you can see the difference 🥰

Original: After waiting 20 minutes + for my Caramel Frappuccino I was given what I could only describe as a basic Frappuccino. They quickly took care of a drink order just before mine and made mine and then one person wondered off leaving one to deal with the counter while my drink just needed the Carmel and the lid. And as you could see no Caramel. After waiting as long I did I just wanted to leave.“
“We are coffee enthusiasts. We travel the states and try coffee joints. We order our same. White chocolate mocha with a pump of caramel praline. We went through drive thru to get out coffee. It took us 20 min to get coffee. Bad customer service. Didn't even acknowledge that we're sitting for that long. Coffee was good. Hopefully they had a better morning.“
