“The food was great. The only thing is that they are big portions and they don't have a kids menu other than that is amazing. Service was good. The atmosphere was weak, no music playing in the background you can only hear the plates been place and cook calling for next order that's going out. A bit of traditional music or mellow music would be amazing.“

Best part is living nearby so can walk over to see if they're doing alright. Just wish they were open at times on Mondays. You get awesome service. They actually care about their customers. “On Monday, October 27, 2025, I visited the Panda Express in Oroville, California just before 9pm, along with my boyfriend and my brother. Having many years of experience working in restaurants and fast food establishments, it was obvious to me that we came in at a time when they had just finished a small rush of dinner business, and another rush was starting just as we walked in. The entire staff was focused and did a great job. The cooking staff was quickly putting out freshly made food, and the counter and drive thru staff were efficient, friendly and accurate. We were helped by
Lyeanna, and I was very impressed by her ability to keep our complicated order straight, juggle several other tasks, and have such a great attitude and smile on her face all the way through a hectic time of day that was near the end of her shift. She is clearly a hard working and dedicated young lady, and her customer service skills are outstanding.“
