“Alex! it's obvious you've never been to Don Ruben's Mexican food! The food is good the customer service is good I have no complaints I'm giving it a five-star review prices are excellent you can ask for more there's nothing fishy about it you need to get out and try something and if a place is good of course they're going to have all good reviews I feel sorry for you never seen a good place or tasted good Mexican food and I'm 100% Mexican so get out some try something new unless you're from another nearby restaurant trying to put a negative spin on something but don't revenge is excellent five stars for sure!“

“I just cleaned up a chunky monkey bowl 😆 and I have no shame in it (lol). I loved this treat for my breakfast today and I would do it again! I read past reviews and I have to say, just come in and appreciate the list of goodies provided. I'll be honest, I got lazy to make anything at home, but I do appreciate this place for existing around the corner to help me make a better choice for breakfast. You can't taste Earl Grey strongly, but it was flavorful. As for persimmon, you can taste lumps of persimmon as you sip the liquid yogurt. I actually like the taste of yogurt by itself and I would prefer to order plain next time.“

“I read good reviews so we thought would go and give a try. Well the family and I had fantastic meal. My husband had a goat fish and said was very flavorful and tasty. For the kids (8, 11)we got a mild Lamb Korma and Butter chicken. With these I confirmed that they would be mild enough for the kids. The butter chicken and lamb korma even though was ordered as mild (no spice at all to it) it had an absolutely amazing flavor to it- perfect for kids. Now I have had a lot of butter chicken and hands down this was the best I have ever had. The chicken fried rice we ordered was very tasty as well. Highlight for my husband was the beer from India. He said it was very nice and complimented the food nicely.“

Right across Cypress community college.
Very friendly gentleman takes your order and very helpfully offers to bring it out to your car.
I get the house special banh mi : cold cuts, liver pate, crunchy daikon and radish plus jalapeno peppers. Very excellent bread holds it all together.
I always leave with a complementary tea and fruit or other sweet dessert.

They’re always changing their menu and introducing new items to its customers so there’s always something new to try. The beer selection is always great Alex is always rotating new beer styles and local breweries allowing us to indulge without having to travel to set breweries. “I've had their chicken and waffles, and it was delicious!!!! Today i tried the loaded breakfast burrito and it was also delicious, I will order double protein. One of the staff members let me know they were remaking my burrito because they forgot to put avocado on it which was really kind of them, and also offered me a beverage on the house while I waited which was really kind and appreciated. I ate the burrito while omw to workout and it was delicious! My price was high because I got all the protein and avocado. Otherwise it would have been $18+tax and tip“

We had the Shroomday Button (Oyster and Maitake Mushrooms/ White Wine Braised Leeks / Truffle Cheese / house stretched mozzarella / shredded mozz / parsley / post oven of lemon zest. *We love to add Hobbs Sausage*). I added that delicious sausage and loved that pizza! We also had the Bloomsdale (garlicky bloomsdale spinach / hand stretched mozzarella / shredded mozzarella /pecorino / smoked ricotta / gaeta olive / za’atar / feta salsa verde)... and YUM! And we decided to try the Garden of Farms Little Gem Caesar Salad (little gems / kewpie caesar dressing / pizza croutons / anchovies / Ribbons of Fiscalini Gold / soft cooked egg). Again, tasty, tasty, tasty. Speak Cheezy sure seems to use high-end products in the creation of their pizzas and salads. Everything was top notch. That salad was so yummy with that incredible salad dressing and the jammy soft cooked egg. I want another one to eat with my lovely pizza leftovers. :)“

“My new favorite sushi spot in Long Beach. Omg - once, they had some uni from Japan (not Santa Barbara, like most uni here) that was unREAL. I’d advise getting some of the regular sushi/sashimi and not just rolls. Their ramen is bomb, too. As are their appetizers. We usually get the spicy edamame. The owner is a gem, too. Really nice lady who remembers her customers, which always feels nice.“

“I came by on a hot day, and I was thirsty. The nice reviews from Yelp caught my eyes. I love the minimalist decoration in this coffee place. They are pet friendly as I saw pet owners bring their dogs in. I asked the barista for recommendation. The barista was very patient and knowledgeable about their coffee. She recommended the big island latte and collagen crush. The big island latter has macadamia nuts flavor to it. It reminds me about Hawaii. The name is the perfect match of this coffee. The collagen crush is a health choice. They also offered a big package for purchase that we can brew it ourselves at home.

Came by again in 2 weeks, and the coffee came o it as good as the first time! Great quality control! Will continue to stop by if I am in the area.“

The are focusing now on what they do best the Mexican side of the menu and were NOT disappointed. First up: The Birria Taco Plate. Juicy, savory, and the dipping consommé is mandatory.
