“5 star to most of the food 1 star for some. I love home state and have eaten at several locations for the last 7 years. I was really excited when the Santa Monica store opened. My favorite tacos always have the brisket. I’ve now had 2 different brisket tacos on two different occasions and the brisket was so salty it was not edible. Both times ordered in. Really disappointing. First time I ordered both the brisket and the trinity were not edible due to salt. This go around brisket was barely edible due to the salt content snd was cold. Luckily the other food was delicious. I hope they can get their brisket recipe right at this location because it is not something I can order again currently. This is coming from someone who in the past has gone out of my way for this taco.“

“I had a great experience at the Baja Fresh in Culver City with my daughter. We ordered a Baja Burrito and a quesadilla, and both were fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were craving. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained, which immediately made the visit more enjoyable.
What really stood out was the excellent customer service — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being rushed. It was a simple visit, but everything was done right, and that makes a big difference.

“Made a few mistakes on my order. Asked for crunchy tacos with tomatoes, tomatoes missing on some. Cashier was not paying attention asked for (2) 4 pc caramel cheesecake bites, got (2) 2pc. Lots of homeless people, got into an argument with one cause i didnt have any change for her.
But mostly upset because no more fiesta pack.😭 this is the most unjust thing that has ever happened to anyone, yes i said it and ill say it again... anyone!“

“What better late at night than some Taco Bell? Unfortunately they were out of Mexican pizzas so I settled for a Crunchwrap Supreme and Nachos Bellgrande. Both were served warm and with all ingredients. The salesperson asked how many sauce packets to which I gave a number. I hate when they do that, by the way. I just spent $30 on food, why limit me to a couple of packets. Anyways, to my surprise he threw in there more than I asked for. Great service to go with the late night craving.“
