The 3 day brined smoked fried chicken-different taste, with soy and Chiles, a must!!!The Peruvian pork belly with sweet potato , Criolla and crispy quinoa , love it! And the Grilled NY steak with green garlic chimichurri, chorizo aioli and pommes pont neuf, thick cut fries…my son prefers over the fried chicken.”

“5-star alert! My wife surprised me with this delicious Tunisian restaurant on Father’s Day! It was like an exotic trip to Mediterranean North Africa. The servers were good and the owner was super friendly and helpful! We had prawns, fish, lamb, cauliflowers, and the infamous Hand of Fatima. Everything was delicious, with unique flavors and beautifully presented. The sauces were so unique and flavorful, we had 3 orders of bread as we want to enjoy more of the flavors in every dish!”

“I was taking my young one to go out and experience new experiences, new foods and atmosphere, and Tiki Kai went beyond my expectations. When Hermosa Beach became a little rougher and dirtier than I remember in all my years coming here, Tiki Kai was a fantastic rediscovery. This place will hopefully lead to the renaissance of the area.

I've traveled abroad and been to many great restaurants on both sides of the Pacific, and Tiki Kai really gets the point. Drinks: tasty and strong with subtle flavors (the lycee martini my favorite). Food: well balanced portions for place that promotes itself as a bar, filling but not fattening, and the seafood and ribs that we enjoyed were phenomenal. I am spoiling my young one by taking to places like this that set the bar really high, and then he has to go to other places and not have the same great experience.

Best of all was our server Khulani (my apologies for not getting your name spelled correctly!). This is the standard of service and class that she provided was a surprise, and she went out of her way to make sure that we were really welcomed at the Tiki Kai. Such a radiant positive attitude and quick attention to service. The tiki bar was bright and colorful and full of positive energy, and she embodied the ambiance in her cheerful demeanor. And she genuinely meant it.

We will come back with a larger party, and I plan to have my big celebrations here.”

That was three months ago and since then, I am eating better and rarely go to the store except to get milk, eggs and bread! Discovering Ready Fit Go came at a perfect time. I was getting ready to have hand surgery and knew my recovery would be difficult and long. I started out with the 5 day meal plan and had it delivered. Everything I purchased was delicious and so fresh. That was the beginning of a new way of eating for me. There’s always fresh and healthy food in my refrigerator now, no more running out to pick up take out. I’m saving money, time and eating healthier then I ever have before. Bonus, the owner and staff are all very helpful, friendly and nice.”

“Red & Louie’s makes one of the best cheese pizzas I’ve ever had — simple, classic, and absolutely delicious. The crust was spot-on, the sauce had just the right balance, and the cheese was gooey perfection. I also tried their craft soda and loved it — super refreshing and a nice change from the usual. Great spot in Hermosa Beach. I’ll definitely be back!”

Last night's (7/30/25) Showcase lineup was out of this world. Very exciting mix of original work by talented musicians. This night had a number of repeat appearances from the last 15 months of the program along with first-time appearances. It just keeps getting better!
Always a nice and friendly crowd responsive to and supportive of the performers.
Craft beer from Hermosa Brewing Company and Project Barley on tap. Mixed and canned drinks. Opens at 7 PM, so eat dinner first.
Can bring in food (clean up after yourself if & when you do). No wait staff: order drinks at the bar.

“I placed a mobile order online of about 6 or 7 sandwiches. Upon my entry to the store I was greeted by Morgan and Ethan and instantly felt taken care of. Morgan nicely wrapped every one of my subs along with labeling each individual one. I forgot to add mustard to one of my sandwiches and Ethan kindly with no issue added extra mustard for me. The sandwiches were fantastic and I’m very pleased with my experience!”

“Food was really good and everything tasted fresh. The spot itself was nice and clean when we went. Service was smooth and friendly. We ordered a mix of rolls and sushi — Bora Bora roll, soft shell crab roll, Snow Cone roll, TNT roll, plus albacore, yellowtail, and mackerel sushi. The Bora Bora and Snow Cone rolls were definitely my favorites. The yellowtail and mackerel sushi also stood out and tasted fresh. They had some solid deals going on too, like buy one roll get one half off, buy two get one free, and drink specials including alcohol, which made it feel worth it overall. I also like that they have two locations close to me, so it’s convenient if you’re in the area. Overall a good spot if you’re craving sushi and want something reliable”

“I was pretty lucky I got to be the first customer but I get to come here only once a month so it’s a big treat for me store is very clean everybody was very friendly and welcoming I only get to eat food like this once a month as mentioned earlier but I absolutely love the number one with fries and that’s gonna be up to 1100 cal so if you’re watching your weight you need to be prepared to make this an all day experience. I love the pepper bar… I’ve always like pepperscini with my french fries but I can only have that every so often lol they have outdoor seating that’s heated they have a fountain filled with wonderful drinks and they’re open until 10 PM Monday through Sunday!”

The Source Cafe (est 2017) is a popular and fun little breakfast spot right on Pier Avenue in Hermosa Beach. It has a cool vibe, lots of fun things on the menu, healthy smoothies, and baked pastries. Interior design and layout were brilliant with abundant natural light.

We came on an early weekend morning to grab breakfast; it was my first time at this cafe. I was warmly greeted by a male staff with a smile. I ordered an iced coffee and avocado toast. Both items were solid. Breakfast AT was delightful and healthy.
Services were spot on. Prices were fair for the area. Plenty of street metered parking.

Overall, this cafe is a good spot for breakfast. I recommend it.”
