“This Winchell's is in a small strip mall right on Vine Street in Hollywood. It is super easy to find a place to park and it is free.Both the exterior and interior of this Winchell's is spotless. You can tell that whoever is working there at the time takes pride in the presentation of this great donut shop.The service is wonderful and there are a few places to eat inside or just grab a dozen and take them with you.All of the donuts we had were fresh and ever so tasty. The prices are reasonable and they also have sandwiches and breakfast items.This was our first time at this Winchell's and it was great.Have fun.“

“The doughnuts here are very interesting and unique. They are pretty good a little busy and definitely bougie. I would recommend giving them a try. They are very pretty but they have a lot going on. The s'more doughnut was quite delicious.“

So of course I had to stop by here as soon as I saw the store name. I did NOT expect to find the best donuts I've ever had in my life. Period. I walked in and was greeted warmly and decided to just order the Original Sin and their version of classic milk. They were so nice and gave me another donut for free which was the Obrama. Everything was so scrumptious. I loved that the donuts weren't too big. The quality of the donut is so good that it only needs to be a smaller size to have the same effect as something larger. The outer texture and the crispness reminded me of the blueberry m&m donuts that they sell in OC where people line up for hours to buy. The donuts here taste better because the inside texture is a lot lighter and isn't as dense so you don't feel disgustingly full afterwards with regrets. I cannot wait to come back and get some for my family and friends. I wanted to test it out myself first prior to sharing with others. Yum! Also their classic milk was soooooo good and complimented the donuts so perfectly.“

“I must have died and gone to doughnut heaven. The donut texture is fluffy with a pleasant slight chew, and not oily or too sweet for the most part. Most were priced $4-5 each but I find it worth it for the quality of the ingredients.Our favorites are the misugaru (roasted soybean) because it's mild and nutty and has a chewy filled mochi inside. The black sesame is also intensely nutty with a chewy mochi inside too. My wife loves the sweet potato cream the most because it has fresh sweet potato puree along with milk cream, and it's the Korean/Japanese sweet potato that's delightfully sweet and nutty.Tiramisu had plenty of rich cocoa powder accompanying the tangy cream (probably cream cheese mixed in it?). The bitterness of the cocoa was the best together with the cream.The strawberry milk cream had a small amount of strawberry pieces but the cream was so milky rich yet light at the same time. The blueberry one is the exact same except with a few blueberries so I slightly prefer the strawberry one.Matcha creme brulee had strongly flavored matcha cream but I'm not too much of a fan of the sugar crust top. I might still try the regular creme brulee next time to compare the regular custard.Our least favorite was the apple cinnamon because the icing was too sweet but the presentation was beautiful with the pieces of apple inside.We saw quite a line build up after us at 10am so I'd come early since they open at 9am until they sell out! The parking lot is nice and big so it wasn't any trouble finding parking. The mall also has other interesting stalls like a kimbap and udon one if you need some savory to offset the sweet.“

“A long time customer and this is my favorite place to get chicken. Absolutely the best, hands down. A hidden gem indeed, I love Birdies. I ate them all in one sitting, lol. “Special place. Tiny place. Incredible selection. Top two donut places in the city by my count. Best cinnamon roll and jelly donuts in town. Never been much for the celestial donuts but they certainly make for a pretty display. Their breakfast sandwiches are definitely not the star but a good addition. The staff is great, too. “Just went here for the first time today. Ordered ham, cheese, and jalapenos croissants for my husband and me, and donuts for my son. The owners are very friendly, and the croissants were absolutely delicious - and HUGE! My son is still asleep so i don't have his review of the donuts yet but I'm sure they'll be fantastic. “This is a really cute tiny spot right across the metro on Flower Street. The inside is very minimalistic and aesthetically pleasing. I did hear a lot of wonderful things about their matcha but sadly they were out for the day, which is okay it happens; I'll definitely be back for it! The owner was super sweet and a very helpful guy. All the menu items come with oat milk automatically, which is cool- you can always substitute with another milk except for the Cinnamon Toast Crunch Latte. I got the two best selling coffees which was the Cinnamon Toast Crunch + G Spot - I loved the Cinnamon Toast Crunch one it was perfectly flavored, but the G Spot one I had to toss as it was sooooooo sweet it was like drinking sugar; but Im sure that can be pleasant for sweet tooths so I'm not judging! The menu is super extensive so Im pretty sure there is something for everyone to love! Pricing is very high up there, but Im also not going to judge on that as cost of goods are flying through the roof for restaurant industries as well. Overall pretty good :)“

“I am so glad I finally got to try Alfalfa! If you're looking for a healthy, stress free (there's a parking lot!), pretty in pink, zen-like breakfast, lunch, or dinner - Alfalfa is it. They also have a location in Santa Monica if you're in that part of town. For my bevvy I tried the Vanilla Oat Milk Latte which was wonderful. I also got the Buffalo Goddess Wrap with medium dressing. The only thing I wish I did was add avocado which I was planning on doing but slipped my mind when ordering. This wrap was SO fresh and light but also had lots of flavor. I really enjoyed it. Lastly, I had to get a donut. Got the maple walnut - this was the only thing that tasted a liiiitle off. Maybe because it was gluten free? But when you have it with the coffee it makes it better. Prices are pretty normal for LA. The staff was absolutely lovely. Since it was my first time I had a few questions and they were able to help me pick out the perfect meal.“

“BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICH IN LAI thought I was in NYC when I came here. Very nice Asian couple owns and operates this joint in the heart of LA. Very nice people I can tell they pour love into everything they make.The sandwich has a perfect texture, they toasted the croissant and added mayo to my Sausage, egg, and cheese. Light crisp from the croissant compliments the chewiness from the sausag, egg and cheese. It was so good. I could have this everyday!!Donuts are great too, best variety in town. Coffee is delicious. It was chewy inside and not overly sweet like most donuts, the fine grain sugar on top was absolutely delicious. The hot dog was really good too. Very interesting mix of flavors, I normally don't like sugar on meat but they balance it out pretty well to where it's just a little hint of it. “I had a glazed old fashioned and chocolate donut with sprinkles. Delicious- one of the best donuts I've had in Southern California, period.The donuts here are doughy but not heavy, not overly sweet but just right with a slightly crumbly moist mouth feel. “How have I never review Randy’s!? I grew up down the street so these donuts have always been a staple in my family. Chubby little me would be so excited to see my dad walk in with that pink box of goodies on a random weekend morning.I bring my kids here and just grab one or two as a treat before a day of running errands but if you’re in town visiting, these are a must. They’re so delicious. No frills, although they do have an expanded and updated menu with fancy donuts. I usually just get the chocolate long john ? they’re fresh and moist inside and the frosting is so good and thick. There’s something nostalgic about this place for me and I have visited the other franchise locations but the OG will always be my favorite.“

I took some to my office in Oxnard and one of the employees recognized the box and said she drives many miles just to get donuts at this location. “Super cute spot near the airport. I got the ham & cheese croissant and vanilla latte. I don’t like my coffee super sweet so I got 2 pumps vs the usual 3 and it’s perfect. The croissant isn’t your typical donut shop bread cut and ham shoved. It’s IN the bread. And the bread is super soft and melts in your mouth. Good quality cheese. I was really hungry and it didn’t really fill me but it hit the spot. Good price too. Extra nice perk was the outdoor seating with Mountain View. Came early and the sun was rising (missed the picture because, enjoy the moment.) like it here. I don’t eat donuts but they have really cool creative stuff.“

“Prices have gone up from when I 1st started going with my GF. I remember my GF and I would go specifically for her bobas but they are now 6$ I remember literally a year ago they were 4.75$ the doughnuts are just ok.
