“Their fresh burgers have lettuce, tomatoes, and onions with mayo in between the bun. BBQ sauce as condiment. Just the way I really like it. Not too salty as at In 'n Out, no Thousand Island dressing as at McDonalds, and not overpriced as at most 'premium' outlets.“

“Went here for the first time tonight. Was a very intimate dinner. Atmosphere is calm and relaxed. Food was absolutely delicious and well worth the price. Staff were amazing and completely accommodating of my disabilities.
Rodil was a very knowledgeable and attentive waiter. He never left us alone too long and came back often to check on us. Going to try to get the gang to go out here one night.“

“This is our most often dine out spot. Once or twice a week. Food is always good and service is excellent. They remember our regular order. We can afford to eat wherever we like but Mike’s is the place that feels like home with all the great variety of choices at great prices.“

“My dad has been a customer since the mid 90’s when they opened. We’ve been going there for years. Though we weren’t aware of how things would change with the new ownership, The food has always been good and the environment has always been great. We have always experienced great customer service after learning about the new ownership.
Was a little skeptical about the change of ownership, but after trying this place out we can guarantee that the taste has not changed one bit. The place is super clean. We will continue to be customers!“

“My wife and I went the the Elk Grove location for the first time. Went on a Wednesday at 5 pm. Place was busy but wait was short about 10 minutes. The acoustics are not great making the place very loud, plus the background music playing its hard to talk in there. The room temperature was also a bit cooler than necessary. The service was good. We had a waitress who was very friendly. The two entrees we ordered were both served hot and were delicious. We also got an appetizer pizza which was ok, but a little soggy for me. We split a Smores brownie desert which also was good. So if you don't mind driving in circles for 20 minutes fighting others for parking the restaurant is nice.“

“Had a 30 min wait due to short staffing. So pivoted to the bar area, service was great. Had the turkey burger with the bottomless fries. Fries were great. And the honey mustard with the poppy seeds is amazing. Overall good experience besides the crazy wait.“

“We found out that original Pete's is more than just pizza.. The Italian food is delicious. The atmosphere is a little dry, happy hour was not so happy, the waiter was just there, not very warm, perhaps this was his first job or he really didn't care about the job.. but I definitely would consider coming back for more tasty food but this time will not be splitting a dinner we're going to have one each..ha“

“This place as soon as I walked in smelled good, clean and peaceful and customer service cashier Maryam took my order it was delightful how she greet me and made me feel welcomed and for been my first time in smash burger I got the pastrami single smash can’t wait! “I have been coming to the Elk Grove location of 5 or 6 years and it is the best. The employees are very nice, and the sandwiches are always delicious! They are the best of the best sandwiches by far! The Northshore is my favorite. The sandwiches are very fresh, have a lot of meat and produce and are well presented open face (see photo). Look at how much meat and produce there is compared to the amount of bread. The owner (I think her name is Lea) is very nice, very welcoming, and provides excellent customer service. I am always extremely satisfied when I go there. Great job, Lea!“
