WOW!!! This was our first stop coming into town and wouldn’t have wanted it any other way! The second the first bite of Alex’s incredible burrito and street tacos hit my mouth there was no going back. His ability to create such incredible flavors in not only the burrito itself, but all of the add ons and sauces as well is OUT OF THIS WORLD!! “We ordered 4 Taiyakis for only $12. Then the owner was so sweet! She offered a 5th one for free. Got our fresh Taiyakis after pager rang quickly! All flavors were great: Red bean, apple, custard cream, mango, and chocolate filling within freshly baked crunchy shells. We almost wanted to order another round if we were not on the way of leaving Little Tokyo Market. Must try again next time!

The Baja style fish taco was fine, but not nearly on the same level.

One taco was around $7, which is more of a gourmet price. But I would happily pay that for the soft shell crab taco.

Service was very impersonal. Nobody greeted me. Not a single word of hi/hola, thank you, goodbye. Nothing. You just enter your name and order on a tablet. A few moments later somebody looks and gestures at you to take your food. Sitting situation is not great. But it's a fast casual bite, so you're not there for a long time. FYI - this is a food truck and not a brick and mortar space.

The driver did pissed me off because they sat my food in front of the door with no call or knock, but I was eyeing the app because I was hungry. It was around 730/8pm on a Saturday when I ordered. Anyway it arrived still hot and ready to eat. I spent like 60.00. I got the 3 queso birria tacos with the consome 3 asada tacos, the birria quesadilla and the tapatio birria ramen. It was so delicious you guys I dipped the tacos in the consome and it was ?... the ramen was very good the birria was seasoned very well. I almost drank all the consome ? ? had to save some for my kid, so I suggest if you like dipping and sauce like me get extra consome for sure. I will be dining in this restaurant very soon.“

I saw the name of the company I was told to go to, so I jumped out and ran over to a man close to it, and he notified me that the food service vehicle he was in was where I was to pick up the food I was there to pick up for their customer. I really enjoyed the Tofu and Eggplant dish also. The Eggplant was super unique and cooked in a way I haven’t tried before and was very flavorful with a dark miso crust. “I stopped by this taco truck after my usual taco stand wasn’t open—and I’m glad I gave it a try. I ordered the buche, carnitas, pastor, and cabeza tacos. The carnitas and cabeza were the best—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right.

I also had the carne asada fries, which were hearty and satisfying. The guacamole in the carne asada fries is seriously addictive, and their salsa, along with the pickled jalapeños and red onions, added a fresh, tangy kick.

At $2.50 per taco, the prices are reasonable for the quality. I’ll definitely be coming back.
