“Great place to get coffee,super friendly and patient staff. I had the Cognitive Mushroom before and today I tried the Midnight Vietnamese both decaf I loved them both. Make sure to also try their protein donuts, my favorite is chocolate. Indoor and outdoor seating beautiful views and you can take a little walk while you enjoy your drink.“

“It is a good place to eat, it has delicious food, its service is good, its cashiers are very friendly, but its cooks are a little rude, a dark-skinned guy with tattoos on his hand is rude when making the food, I could see him through the small window, I ordered a number 8 this morning, no cheese in the beans, of course I listened when the cashier told him no cheese and the guy ignored her when she told him, they should choose their cooks better and have well-prepared people to make better food, I have seen this guy aggressive on several occasions, I will never change my favorite place to eat but the owners should select their team well“

“I am new to IB and am just so impressed with Katy's Cafe! They are busy (so you know they're good!), but they get your order out quick. The staff is friendly, inviting and accommodating! I had my dog and daughter and they could obviously tell that I had my hands full and brought my order outside to me without me even asking. I have definitely found my go to local coffee shop!“

“I had such an awesome experience at Cowabunga Ice Cream! Mick, Gabe, and Emma K were hands down the nicest, friendliest people I’ve ever met at an ice cream shop. They greeted me with such a warm and genuine welcome that it instantly made me feel at home. You can tell they truly care about making customers happy.

“I try the ramen and I loved it! The pieces of meat where big. Next time I will ask for like 79% more vegetables because I do like vegetables. the price was good because if how much meat it had. I hate sushi but love ramen. My whole family loves sushi so I'm happy that I can just drive 5 minutes n not 30 minutes to find a good restaurant. Also they have an area to sit outside in the sun which is a nice option. I left like at 12 noon and it got really full.“

“I DO recommend Pizza Port, however their pizza is not consistent. You can definitely tell if they are busy or not, the quality goes down. A few weeks ago the pizza was delicious, beautiful even (I wish I would have taken a picture) lol. Today, not so much , picture included. I will continue to eat here just hoping the pizza becomes more consistent“

He served us personally and recommended just the right menu items for our preferences (vegetarian, spicy, mild,...), ordered them and served them. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasty hotdogs, corn and fries. Let's not forget about the drinks from the Abbey and the sweet desert: churro with ice cream! “I go in before my bike ride around Coronado on Sunday mornings. I get the .25 coffee and a $5.00 Bloody Mary on the way back. The morning bar tender always has a wonderful attitude and does an awesome job. Great atmosphere and good people.“

“I love stopping by Arandas Café whenever I’m in Imperial Beach. It’s such a cute little spot and it always feels cozy. This time I got a matcha, their freshly squeezed orange juice, the Monte Cristo, and a parfait — everything was so fresh and honestly so yummy. The vibe is calm, the people are sweet, and it’s just one of those places you’re happy you found. Definitely one of my little go-to gems.“

“Great little spot. I have been by several times, but this was the first time eating there. The tacos were so delicious. I had the crispy shrimp, and a Hawaiian chorizo. The shrimp was served with bacon and cheese and was so good. The chorizo taco had pineapple, which was awesome. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.“

“Problem for the last couple of visits in the IB location, is the bottom of the crust on pizza and calzone have been really brown.To the point of black.hard to chew. I don’t mind paying money for good pizza, and it is good, but maybe clean the bottom of the brick oven.“

“Food is always served quickly (~5 minute) and hot, employees are always friendly and approachable, and the bathrooms are always clean. I ommitted one star due to the inconsistency of their service. Sometimes they allow you to switch the bread from the 3 finger combos with an extra sauce, other times the cashier tells you that's only possible for the larger combos. So, some days you're allowed to customize your order and other days you're not. Other than that, this place is always comfortable and the food is delicous.“

“Hey! I came back since they were nice enough to send me a gift card for my previous experience. This time around was much better! If you like onion rings they were different but very good, the pork belly drunken noodles was an awesome dish & the Mongolian duck quesadillas was different as well but delicious! For a Weds, service was great but a tad slow which is no big deal. 1 girl had to wait on all the tables. Still no Sushi Chef so no sushi. I still recommend coming 4-6 happy hour. Well, I checked this place out that just was changed in the resort. The menu is totally awesome! Go between 4-6 for 50% off on certain parts of food & drink menu on the main menu. The view outside is awesome since you overlook The Pacific! Service was on the slow side but very friendly! Unfortunately, I had a few different items since I’m a foodie & retired from the business after 45 yrs. 1 dish in General was terrible at $59. The Short Rib Entree…..the chef/mgmt must be crazy cause the potato croquettes that came with it was nothing but mini hash browns you’d get from McDonalds, roasted red peppers were out of a can & skimpy on the Demi-Glacé! They offer an array of Sushi but wasn’t available which I wanted to order as well. Let’s be real here….for an impressive menu & very high prices, the food should equal or be at the top if it’s game! Spending $140 for 1 person may sound like alot but only if the experience merits it. Good Luck!“

“I like to get chai and matcha here. Prices start at $5.50 for specialty coffee and non-coffee drinks which is very reasonable. They also have pup cups for your dogs and are generous with whipped cream.
Plenty of seating available or you can take the coffee to the beach or walk. Baristas change often but I never had any inconsistencies with my drinks. The young girl working there is really sweet.
I recommend this place for good prices and dog-friendliness.“
