“Located in the same strip mall as Left Coast Brewing near the corner of Irvine Center Drive and Sand Canyon Avenue, Hi House specializes in hot pot, barbecue, and Chinese cuisine. Their menu offers so much variety that it's impossible to sample everything in just one visit, so you'll have to come back again for another visit!
Mango Tea was my drink of choice and I was happy about the taste and sweetness but also the serving size. Popcorn Chicken and Spicy Szechwan Wonton were great starters and they were followed by Lamb and Beef Skewers. Surprisingly the lamb was more tender than the beef! We also shared the hot pot and it hit the spot like it usually does. As mentioned before, their menu is expansive so we'll def be back to try something new and different!“

“Lunch is $25.99 plus Hot Tea: $5.90; you only could order 4 dishes at a time and then “going on forever”, however, you should not have left-over, otherwise, a fine, I assumed. A few choices only available for dinner price($32.99). We ordered Skinny Dipping Cow; Karubi In Tokyo; Tried N True(Bulgogi, Tasty); Daa Pae Pork Belly; Surfin Shrimp(each order has 4 pieces); Winnie The Poohs Sn; Eight Firing Arms(spicy octopus, each order has 2 pieces). We enjoyed Bulgogi, shrimp and octopus more than others. Service was good and responsive.“

“Nothing fishy about this place. It's a small family run business. Blame covid for the price increases and there are sign posted to make you aware of the increase. it's the best food and most reasonable prices in town. if you cant afford a 11 dish then don't buy or complain about it. These reviews are for the food not whiners.“

“I absolutely love Kiazen Shabu! The food here is consistently amazing, with fresh ingredients and rich, flavorful broths that make every bite memorable. The owner and the entire team are incredibly friendly, always making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I especially appreciate how the owner often offers free alcohol to customers, adding that extra touch of hospitality. I first visited when they first opened a few years ago, and at that time, it wasn’t too busy. But with the incredible food, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere, it’s no surprise that Kiazen Shabu has become so popular. Now, it's always packed, so be prepared to wait, especially on weekends and during dinner hours – but trust me, it's worth it! I highly recommend trying most of their dishes; you won’t be disappointed. Kiazen Shabu is a must-visit for anyone who loves delicious food and top-notch service!“

“Ordered this for delivery and it was some of the most delicious cashew chicken I’ve ever had! The only down side is it didn’t let me select fried rice as my side when ordering through Uber Eats.. we tried orange chicken, potstickers etc. all of it was just so perfect. We WILL be coming back again!“

“Love it! We couldn't believe there's a legit Viet food spot here at SNA and it's Brodard!
Yes, the price is quite hefty - especially for their Banh Mi. But Soo worth it!
We ordered the Special Breakfast Banh Mi which has their famous Nem Nuong, with fried eggs. Also, a Berkshire Pork Banh Mi. Each cost $17.95 before tax.
And a Croissant with eggs - $6.95.
Everything was delicious and fresh. The eggs are freshly fried - does Not taste rubbery and sitting under some light. Meat was tender and plentiful in both Banh Mi. The bread itself was perfectly warm, soft, chewy and crispy - not the type of crispy that scratches all the inside of your mouth.
We loved everything! This spot will be a factor in us choosing to fly out of SNA in the future!“

“We checked out this place for the first time and were not disappointed. Everything on the menu sounded so enticing that we decided to order a variety of items to try—wings, pot stickers, udon noodles, bulgogi plate, and chicken katsu (don’t judge me ?). The spicy wings and pot stickers definitely packed a punch! The bulgogi plate was incredibly flavorful. You won’t be disappointed—definitely give this place a try!“

“Small place, but deceptively good. The food was on point and our waitress was nice, helpful and attentive. Will definitely eat here again when I am this way.“

“Houston Location: We arrived at our reservation and waited 10 minutes for the hostess. Once seated, we were uninstructed on how to order. Sushi chefs explained the process. Our waiter arrived 10 minutes after, taking our drink order. The app arrived before the waters, followed by the drinks after we ordered and received the sushi. The manager noticed us looking for our waiter but was often in the corner on his phone or socializing with the hostess. The sushi chefs were also on their phones while making the sushi, which was unhealthy. Despite the germy seasoning, the food was amazing.“
