The food is varied, always fresh, healthy, creative modern nouvelle cuisine along with more traditional dishes, the ingredients definitely high quality -California Sunshine. If you really wish to muse, meditate, read, or silently work, the place is surrounded by little nooks and crannies in the midst of nature. You can even lull yourself to a nap, abandoning all care for a few precious minutes. Or else you can sit outside in community, perhaps choosing a more intimate table conversational setting on certain days, resolving the woes or the theories our world is constructed on. “GEEZ THAT BREAKFAST BURRITO IS GOOD!!!. It's my first time trying anything from this place and I love breakfast burritos but so many places are just ok. I ordered delivery and wasn't sure what to expect. I paid about $25 which I think is a bit high for a breakfast burrito but this one is absolutely hands down worth it. I got bacon, avocado, and sausage. It comes with pico de gallo, cheese, tater tots and egg. Ok here's what makes this burrito so good. It starts with the tortilla, so many places jam pack a burrito with food but this places grills the tortilla so everything stays in one place when i get it.The tater tots and the bacon was crispy and crunchy while the egg wasn't scrambled as much as it was over easy/medium. This gives each Ingredient It's own texture and letting you actually taste every flavor. Everything tasted really good and this is my new favorite burrito spot. Don't hesitate and order a breakfast burrito.“

“I genuinely recommend the First Sandwich. We ordered from here multiple times, and they never disappointed us. The food is fresh and tastes amazing. I love the avocado walnut salad; it’s very refreshing. The sandwich is flavorful. The clam chowder bowl is creamy and well balanced. They gave us so much food with reasonable price. “It’s really interesting how the best sandwich places in Irvine are out of the way in office buildings. Is it because they get to concentrate on their craft over making fancy decorations? Maybe it’s the constant practice they have with great customer service and making something simple into something delicious. Could be the great prices reflecting great food. Whatever it is Cafe O’deli is probably the best sandwich place in Irvine!“

“A real sandwich shop that makes sandwiches on actual sandwich bread, not a hoagie roll. Sandwiches taste like they came from your Grandma's kitchen.

Spent $30 on two regular sized sandwiches and two sodas. More expensive than Subway but far better quality!

The breakfast Burrito is fantastic and contains potatoes not greasy hashbrowns. They are an ample meal if you are hungry, and can make two meals for a smaller appetite.“

“I just had a Super Sub on the new Rosemary Parmesan bread. It was the best Italian sub I've had in a long time! The man who served me very patiently explained what prosciuttini and cappacuolo are (and told me about an off-menu sandwich with both of them that I might try next time). He prepared it Mike's Way, as any Italian sub should be. When I told him it was my first time patronizing a Jersey Mike's, he even threw in a free cookie :-) The quality of every component from the bread to the toppings was apparent when I bit in. I'll definitely be going back since it's just down the street from my home.“

They're seriously unlike other places. Amazing bread, meats, and cheeses. The meat is thicker than the bread – unheard of these days!
