“I recently visited RoyalTea Boba in Grand Terrace and had an amazing experience! This family-owned shop has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it a must-visit in the area. One highlight was the special boba milk tea they made for me—it was absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations. ~ Popcorn Chicken $ 7.95 literally 10 pieces combined small & big pieces. Good n scrumptious like the usual Taiwanese snacks. Great combo with your milk teas & boba drinks.
~ Mango Dragonfruit Green Tea is definitely recommended. Pretty good & refreshing. Not too sweet. Perfectly made.
~ Taro milk tea is good good taro taste. Got 85^ sweetness.

“Tealove is now my new favorite for Boba. I used to go to another place very similar to this one and very close on Valley blvd. " I don't want to list the name," but every time I went there. They made me feel very uncomfortable with their attitudes, like it bugged them when I ordered my drinks. I like to see a smile, not a frown. So, one day, I walk into Tealove, and I actually get greeted by an employee who actually seemed happy to work there. So now this is the place where I take my money too. The drinks are great and they have a nice variety of drinks, very colorful ones too. The sizes aren't limited like other places. They have small to jumbo size. Tea Love also offers different levels of sweetness to your drinks from 0 percent sweet to I believe it's 110 percent sweet for your drink. My favorite drink is the Jazime Honey Green Tea with Lychee jelly. In jumbo size. Lol“

“Pretty surprised by this spot! It’s a kiosk—though a really beautiful and eye-catching one. The stand looks great, but the menu is oddly placed right next to the cashier, so it's easy to miss. I had to walk over to see it, and the cashier just stared at me the whole time—not rude, but not exactly friendly either.

That said, I think this might be one of the more affordable boba places around. I got a jumbo drink with cheese foam and boba pearls for under $10. The foam was creamy but didn’t have much of a cheese flavor. The pearls were good, and the flavors overall were on point. The cup, though, was hilariously wide—kind of awkward to hold with one hand.

I probably wouldn’t go out of my way for it, but if you’re already at the mall, it’s definitely a solid boba option.“

“It was honestly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had it was a spicy chicken torta and it had jalapenos on it, it just made it a teeny bit too spicy for me with the jalapenos however somebody who's spice level is like a little kicked up it would have been perfect. Also had their raspberry square warmed up and it was like heaven especially on a cold day it was like the most perfect thing ever. I just can imagine it with coffee being exquisite. (My dog is not a service dog.)

They even have a kitchen in the back where they cook the taro and mung beans etc so that their taro milk tea doesn’t just come from a “powder” but from actual taro. I believe they even have a specialist in charge of quality control of their teas. All in all, they use authentic and high quality materials. It is totally worth the drive to find a 7 Leaves.
