“I ordered Pop’s Trio that comes with each skewer of chicken, beef, and beef koobideh (luleh); white rice and lettuce salad with lemon vinaigrette; savory hummus; cucumber, tomato salad; grilled pepper; and a pita bread. All the vegetables were fresh, and the meat was seasoned well. My favorite one was beef koobideh.

The mobile ordering process was straightforward and convenient, but when I went there for pick-up, it was a bit confusing about which counter to go to for pick-up because there was no one at the cashier counter and apparently the area around the right side of the counter next to refrigerator when entering the restaurant had more space for customers to order and wait. Also, I didn't find the staff welcoming or approachable, but the person who cooked and gave me my pickup order was very warm and hospitable.

“What a Great Find! First time there and Junior took time to explain the whole menu to us. He also prepared the Delicious meal! We tried the chicken kabob, Shawarama, rice, Mediterranean salad, and hummus with pita bread. Fantastic meal!!! We also watched him prepare a Wrap which was Huge. We definitely be back!!! This great little place is located in the CVS shopping center on Hollywood Way and Verdugo.“

“I'm at a loss for words, but I'll try my best. Food? Amazing! Perfect amount of seasoning and the portions are huge! And this is coming from a big dude. For the appetizers, my favorites were the Kashk E'bademjan (Eggplant Delight), Potato Salad, and the Hummus! They have more selections, but this is what I was able to try. I hear all are great! For the Entrees, ALL OF THEIR KABOBS ARE FIRE (MMM MMMM YUMMY). I had a sample of most them and in the islands, we would say "broke da mouf kine", which translates to, the food is *beep beep* GOOD! If you've never had Persian Food, or you love it, this is the restaurant for you! Drinks? I love Korean Soju and Cass beer, so yeah, +10 points from me. They do carry various Wines and Beers though...and of course your choice of Soda Pop. Atmosphere? It' gives you a Kewl Kids Vibe; a classy place where you can be yourself with family and friends and just enjoy each others company. You have your choice of Indoor and Outdoor dinning which is amazing. There's also a private room upstairs that can hold 20 people for a meal and karaoke (there is a fee to reserve, but very much worth it). Staff? We were greeted at the door as if we were coming home. Pasha and his staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Their suggestions on meal and drink pairings are spot on. I can't thank Pasha and the crew for making our group outing a success. Overall? I'll be going back and I hope that you add this restaurant to your list of 'go to' places to dine at. Highly recommend the loaded hummus (and appreciate that they don't stint on the pita!). I had the jewel salad with chicken added. Today I decided to give it a try and based on the customer service alone, I will be returning!

Angel and Chris were super helpful and helping me decide what to order my first time and made some accommodations for me which I really appreciated. They really went above and beyond and it's nice to be able to have an experience like that when the media has been hammering away that quality customer service is in decline.

I'm happy to say that that is not the case here!

“I stopped in to get some hummus and garlic paste to go but see there $11.99 chicken kabob special and decided to try it. I am so glad I did. The dark meat chicken was so tender the side salad was delicious a fun the hummus was good even the rice was tasty. I will def recommend to anyone just passing by to try it!! Unfortunately I live far and can’t come back anytime soon but I wish I could.“

“After the 4th restaurant in Tujunga failed to make good Shawarma, I thought I would have to drive all the way to Glendale for the only good Shawarma I know, that I get from a food truck. I didn't know Shawarma House existed until today. The dine in place is nice and spacious, the service was kind, and for the first time in Tujunga that I know of, this a restaurant that didn't serve dry wraps with no garnishes.“

“Some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had. I ordered the Hummus and Falafel Plate (vegetarian) and the whole plate was a beautiful presentation with amazing flatbread and falafel. The service was decent for LA. The ambiance is an amazing outdoor seating venue that is very picturesque. We ate here around 11am when they opened on a Friday. It started getting packed around 12pm. Definitely recommend this place.

I got the schnitzel plate and it was a very generous portion (more on the pricey side but you do get a lot). I picked my side and got the rice, that was good. You also get a pita.
I really like the meat, the hummus was great. Overall, it was great.

We also got some fries and the mushrooms. The fries unfortunately were a bit soggy but that’s to be expected when ordering - if you don’t eat right away - but still tasty.
The mushrooms - there could be mixed feelings but I love seasoned mushrooms and they had a great one! Very interesting, but I really liked it!“
