“I’m really grateful the melt is open so late because where else can you get a quality burger at 1 in the morning? Now that I graduated UCSD, I’m seriously gonna miss my beloved late night snickerdoodle milkshakes as well as being greeted by the melt’s friendly staff! Claire really stood out to me as someone who was consistently cheerful and helpful. I also really love that they’ve been showing the World Cup! I highly recommend stopping by for a bite to eat as it’s never failed to be yummy and a good vibe!“

“The wings here are super crunchy and packed with flavor. The Savory Red, Devils Garlic, Plain and Garlic Soy wings are all great. The Lemon Pepper isn’t bad either, but be warned they are VERY salty. Definitely recommend eating the wings on the spot since the steam trapped in the box makes them lose their crispness pretty quick. 10/10“

“Glad to see the franchise come to La Jolla/UCSD area. Everything is pretty new, desks, chairs, bins...all the decorations here even there would be the smell of the wood. The A/C works well as it's cool enough inside while hot outside. My favorite hash brown bowl is made perfect for chicken, hash brown, eggs and the cheese.“

“Traveling to SD for work. Decided to order Dave’s in so I can watch the nba finals in my room. First time experience. Pleasantly good. Combo chicken tender, sandwich with slaw and side of fries. The spices was just right and that Dave’s sauce was on point. Please open one in Pensacola.“

It was my first time going and the food was soooo yummy. And I’m particular because I’m west Asian. The owners are so sweet and caring and they were playing Turkish music which I love. I’ll be back ASAP. The chicken and chick peas we’re tooo good.“

The juicy, crispy Chickenjoy, the familiar flavors, and that warm Filipino hospitality have always taken me straight down memory lane to the Philippines. 🇵🇭❤️ That’s why it’s disappointing to see the San Antonio location slowly lose what makes Jollibee special. Lately, the service feels disorganized and slow, the quality seems inconsistent, and that warm Filipino welcome and atmosphere seem to be disappearing. On my most recent visit, I even received only 5 pieces of chicken when I ordered 6. Jollibee shouldn’t feel like just another busy fast-food chain. The Filipino warmth, hospitality, pride, and quality are part of the brand—and just as important as the Chickenjoy. I’m sharing this not simply to complain, but because we love Jollibee and want this location to do better. Please bring back the quality, organization, and unmistakable Filipino spirit that made us fall in love with Jollibee in the first place. We want our Jollibee back. 🇵🇭🐝❤️“

“Husband found Melt on Instagram and wanted to try it. So we took the tram from Old Town just to eat early dinner there. Very good. I got the basic grilled cheese (forgot the exact name) and my husband had the Mac Daddy. We were both incredibly happy about our choices. Tried a piece of Mac and cheese from my husband's sandwich and it was incredible. Kinda wanted a whole bowl of just the Mac and cheese. Would definitely eat here again.“

Fire nugs+fries+pickles you can not go wrong. The bar tender is really awesome and the food is seasoned perfectly. Really good desserts as well.“

“Visiting family from the East Coast and my daughter took me here today. I was stationed in Daegu South Korea for 2 years while in the Army. we used to get bb.q chicken almost every weekend. The kids loved it and so did I. This was my first time having it in 8 years and it immediately brought me back to being in Daegu. The food was amazing and brought us right back to being there. I highly recommend you check them out, you won't regret it!“

“Ko Kai has been such a blessing to have in San Diego! It is so hard to find restaurants with this type of food made this style! There are other variations of Hainan chicken but nothing close to this one. We have tried it all in San Diego and this one just hits home. It has a mix of Malay/Singapore and Chinese feel but from a Thai family! I was able to chat with the owners and they are super nice! Their descendants are from China but their family migrated to Thailand. This recipe has been past down generations and still operating till this day in the South of Thailand! This is a must try! You won’t regret it! I always have to keep an eye out for their announcements where they’ll be during the week!

“We got the Cluckin Hot Jumbo Slider with a 2nd piece of Jumbo strip. The 2nd strip was the Hot flavor. The Cluckin Hot sauce is definitely hot and was excellent. We were happily surprised with this. They said they recently changed the recipe to make it hotter, great choice. The fries were well done like we asked and the sauce options were excellent. We will definitely go back to this place!“

“Ok so this place stays busy but they move fast. I recommend downloading the app and collecting points. You can also order ahead. My go to is the egg white grilled chicken breakfast sandwich and add tomato and pickle!!! Ask for hot sauce packets too. One of my favorite healthy breakfast sandwiches. It’s so good!! The staff is always extra friendly.“
