“Chef Joann was an absolute pleasure to work with. When we first reached out to Chef Joann, she was a little bit out of our price range, but she was able to work with us and our budget in order to be the caterer for our wedding. We went and met Joann and did a food tasting with her and she was so hospitable and nice we knew we had found the caterer for us, not to mention the food was absolutely amazing. Luckily, Chef Joann had worked our venue before so that took all the worries and stress from trying to plan and connect her with our venue and coordinator. She was able to work with us, even through all the craziness of 2020 and we were able to figure out a way to make things work efficiently and safely without jeopardizing the layout or food. The bartenders she was able to bring went above and beyond and really helped to get the party started for our wedding. They were constantly bringing my wife and I drinks as we would be empty handed and socializing with our guests. It was really cool how well the entire crew took care of not only us but all of our guests. With me being the wayI am, I wanted to help Joann and her crew and she would joke with me to be quiet, have fun and get married. It really felt like a family member or close friend was there, had our back and was taking care of us. It was a really cool dynamic and took all the stress out of the day. The food Joann conjures up is not easily put into words. The appetizers she did for the cocktail hour as well as the cheese boards she created for each table were astounding. They were above and beyond anything we had expected. I had guests coming up to me all night commenting on how amazing the cocktail hour was along with the dinner. We are so happy we picked Joann to take control and be a part of our big day. I would highly recommend Joann to anyone who wants amazing a delectable food from someone who is so easy going and easy to work with, you feel like you have known them for years. “As a wedding planner (Forever Enchanted Events), I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the incredible service Personal Touch Dining provided at our last wedding. They sky-rocketed to the top of my preferred vendor list. Each of their staff members truly went above and beyond to ensure the success of the event, all while having great attitudes and working very quickly and efficiently. Starting from the beginning of booking, their communication was fantastic. Brittany, our first point of contact was very thorough and even checked in a week prior to the wedding to make sure we had a back up plan for rain when she saw the possibility in the weather forecast and provided recommendations for tents as well. Melissa, our Catering Manager, was phenomenal and notably friendly, organized, and calm while managing a very large team. I would whole-heartedly trust her and her team with any event. Everything ran smoothly, and she personally checked in with me several times to see if they could offer my own team any additional assistance if they had staff members available. I was truly amazed at the quality of service and the friendliness of EVERY member of their team (especially Evan, Matt, Izzy, Lauren, Melissa, and Brittany) and look forward to working together again soon!“

“10 years ago Buckboard catered my sister’s wedding and they did such a great job we used them for mine! Absolutely incredible service at a very competitive price point. We used them for food, rentals, and bartending and it was so convenient to have them handle so many different aspects of our event. Starting with our initial consultation, Amber met all our needs, responding promptly to our questions and immediately putting us at ease whenever we were worried about an aspect of the event.

Day of staff were so helpful and kind. My wife was getting hungry before the event when we were taking pictures and their head chef put together a plate of snacks and made her a quick sandwich, even taking the care to cut it into easy bite size pieces. It was a small gesture that really meant a lot.

We got tons of compliments on our food. We had lots of vegans/vegetarians attending and they each got to pick what they’d like out of a wide selection of options. Most places we talked to had one option for everyone and our guests were shocked/thrilled to have the option to choose.

“Arrived for a 515 reservation and although they were crowded, we were seated right away. And because it was cold, they had no problem moving us to another table outside underneath the heaters! Our waiter was Luke. He was friendly and knowledgeable - especially helpful in recommending our cocktail selections. I straight from my usual red wine order and had the whiskey and donuts. I don't think the menu correctly described it, but it is a cocktail with a small bowl of donut holes. I could have skipped the donuts and been perfectly happy but make no mistake - I ate them anyway!Honestly, I think it's one of the best cocktails I ever had. Smooth as glass! I can't help but always order the rotisserie chicken salad. Even if it's not on the menu, they will make it for you. My friend had the rigatoni pasta and said it was amazing. The Henry never disappoints!!!“

“Brigette made the catering part of our wedding plans super easy. She communicated with us clearly and followed up in a timely fashion whenever we had questions. They also at last minute, took on cake cutting! Niko, Sean and Scott were so professional the day of my reception and were just so friendly and just a pleasure all around. The food was amazing. I'm not a baked bean kinda gal, but I have to say these are by far the best ones I've ever tried. The jalapeños really added to them ?. The tri-tip was delicious and the chicken was juicy!
So the cake cutting was a fun one... they were so worried about cutting it wrong but they did great! We highly recommend them!“

Their ability to be flexible while we re-arranged the order of our wedding to work with gaps in the weather was so appreciated. “Vendors, caterers, please please please listen to your clients, no matter how unusual their requests may be lol. I had a 90s themed birthday party for my 40th and wanted to be as on-brand as I could, and for me, that meant cafeteria food! lmao. I don't know how many caterers I reached out to and explained this to only for them to try to sell me tacos, tell me it was "too many options," or try to upsell me on hand-passed appetizers and food that was just not what I had envisioned. Originally, Luis had sent me a draft menu consisting of sandwiches and chips. Close but not quite there. After perusing their menus on their website I realized what I had wanted was all basically food from their kids menu! I reached out and let Luis know, almost expecting to be told they would not cater kids food for adults, but nope! Luis was more than accommodating and worked with me to curate a menu exactly as I had wanted it, down to the cafeteria trays and ice cream cups. I cannot thank Luis and his team enough for bringing my vision to life and not looking down their noses at it! Not only that, but everything was so flavorful. I had intended to bring home whatever leftovers there were so I could scarf down all the chicken tendies I could at 3 am lol, but my guests beat me to it! Everyone kept talking about the seasonings used and how tasty everything was. And I'm talking sliders, empanadas (think calzones), chicken tenders, fries, mash, and veggies! The staff was super friendly, and the portions were generous. Who can complain about vegan Chinese food? I can not, as it is challenging to find and is one of my favorite cuisines. But Culinary Concepts stood apart by a lot, and we are incredibly happy that we went with them.
