Starbucks in La Puente

“One of the better Starbucks along the 60fwy from LA to Ontario. I work in the BMO building next to this location, and work a few hours in the cafe 2-3 times a week. It's got about 12 tables, including one long shared table that I see some business teams use for discussions or meetings. Staff is experienced and diligent. Managers are solid; team knows what they're doing. The seating area and bathrooms are generally kept clean. They even know most of the regulars by name. During rush times, there are a lot of mobile orders as well as cars, and this team does what it can to move things along.“

“It is a very busy place. Very loud music. I tried to sit down to eat and work, and it was difficult to work. The internet speed was awfully slow. Location is very convenient, located right off the road. Lot of parking sometime comes here on my way back.it's okay to visit and enjoy the Starbucks coffee if you're in a neighborhood give it a try if you agree with my feedback please feel free to leave any comments kindly.“

“I come to this Starbucks regularly, the people there are nice and I actually really like coming here. Today they had a long line at the drive thru so I went inside and ordered, the person who took my order was really busy but still asked me how my day was going, and ya know what? It was actually really genuine! She apologized about the wait and mentioned that they were short staffed, I told her that I understand. I know we want our coffee as quickly as possible, but best believe that the people making it are working as hard as they can to provide you excellent service. Is it always going to be excellent? Probably not, but they’re just people at the end of the day, so be kind.“
