“We went there tonight for the first time after getting a flyer for them. The dining area is clean and nice decor but a bit crowded when navigating between tables. We were asked for our drink order right away, and it delivered quickly. The male server came to take our order but we were not quite ready yet since this was our first visit and wanted to look over the menu. The server turned and left in a huff 🙄, sorry we were putting him out… Later a different server came to take our order. Again, I felt we were putting her out as well, not very hospitable or welcoming. Our meal arrived and it was very good; we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately after the meal was delivered our server went missing in action, no check back or refill on our drinks. In fact she was so busy chatting with the table behind me that she just reached over to set the bill for the meal on our table without breaking stride in her conversation with the other table. When it was time to go we asked for to-go containers for what we had not eaten; again I felt like we interrupted her as she returned with the containers dropped them on the table, turned and walked away. Later she returned to pick up our payment, not a thank you or how was your visit just grab and go. Bottom line for us, while the food was very good, well prepared and presented. The service was very underwhelming. We will have to think about returning for a second visit.“

“I called this location and talked to a very nice girl named Alexis. I asked her if they had the vegan plant based orange chicken. She said yes. I asked her if it was fresh and that I was driving 12 miles to get it. She said she would make sure that it was cooked fresh and that it would be ready when we got there. This kind of customer service is what dreams are made of.“

“If you want a quick and easy lunch, this restaurant is great. The lunch specials are under $11 and they include soup, main, rice, and iced tea. These are dinner sized portions. Food was good, and it hit the spot.

To the person who complained about the service: I had the same server you had and let me tell you. She runs the entire dining room by herself, also serves drinks, handles take out and seats guests. I’m a server myself and she doesn’t have to be smiley through all of that. She’s efficient and doing a lot at once. I’d like to see you try.

To the guy who complained about the rice being “too grainy” (you might be the same person): Really? Is your water too wet, too?“

“The service was wonderful. The noise was terrible. Could barely hear each other because of noise level. They seem to be less on their appetizers, especially lettuce wraps. Overall, because of good service and quality of food I would eat their again.“

“This is the best Chinese spot in Palm Desert. You will not be disappointed. From the fresh salads and soups to the Orange Chicken and Vegetable Lo Mein it's all great. The service is remarkable. I usually grab to go and they've only messed up one time and they gave me a refund with out hassle. Imagine that a restaurant that owns their mistakes. “The food and prices are great. The amount of food they give you is plenty we always take leftovers cause there's so much. The customer service is above and beyond. However, the noise is pretty loud hard to hear your conversation at your own table.“

The staff here tonight were efficient and helpful, even though there was a line out the door. This happens occasionally mid week when they do a school fundraiser.“

“Loved coming here, always came with my family as a kid. Cheap prices. Sometimes the food can be a hit or miss but I'm a big fan of cheap Chinese food so it's not a big deal for me. The ice cream is the best! Chow mein comes second as my favorite food here.“
