“Taco Tuesday delivered.Got like 6 tacos and 4 taquitos for under $20. Each one was $1.75.The onions, cilantro, carnitas, pastor, and chicken all tasted perfect. Service was good too.Only thing this place needs is updates to the interior, maybe some fresh paint and some new decor and it’d really shine. But I came for cheap yummy tacos for taco Tuesday and they delivered.“

“The best tacos I've ever had. Lots of fresh meat and they weren't dry like the kind at a more popular restaurant. The best deals are on Tuesday. We will definitely be going back for more. This place is great and I want to try their other items.“

“Came for lunch with my gran about a month after my grandfather passed. It was my gran's first outing since the funeral and i was worried but our server was this adorable silver haired woman named Rebecca. She had my Gran laughing the whole time. We ordered combos and the suggested jalapeño watermelon margaritas, which were spicy and refreshing. We needed a nap afterwards because we were too stuffed! My gran won't stop asking when we can go back. Thank you South of Nicks for lovely meal, and Thank you Rebecca, for helping a family member feel normal after tragedy. You are in our prayers“

“Dinner at the El Adobe is always consistently good. The service was great and the food is reasonably priced. I love the live mariachi music, especially the harp. The ambiance is traditional and fun. With historic status, it's nice to know the El Adobe will not change.“

“They catered our monthly event we call "Together" at Calvary Chapel Pacific Hills last night and all of their food was fabulous! I wish I had known about them for my upcoming Fiesta event in May at my mobile home park. Well I know who will be catering it next year: TB!!!😋🥰😃“

“If I could give 10 stars they would get it! I rarely go online to write a review, and if I do it’s because I had a horrible experience. I wrote a positive review maybe twice in my life here’s my third. Start with the cashier, I really can’t say I ever had anyone serve me with a better attitude than the guy who helped me and I say right by the register and he kept that amazing attitude with all customers. At first I had 3 chicken tacos from the taco Tuesday deal (which I might say isn’t cheap, but quality costs) which were surprisingly good because I don’t love shredded chicken. The chicken was so good I decided to get an asada one as well just to make sure they really are as good as it seems. They crushed it, asada taco came to over 7$ after taxes and it glad to say I’ll be happy to pay that price anytime anywhere to get that same taco!“

“A wonderful evening at Todos Santos with my wife. We were greeted by Daniel the owner and chef extraordinare who took us to a very nice table in the outside patio. We started off with drinks which were made by one of our favorite bartenders Jaime! The other bartender of choice is Francisco who had the day off. Kenya was our waiter and was superb, very personable and professional. We each ordered the appetizer salad which were so good. We spoke with Daniel about the fresh fish and decided on the Sea Bass for my wife and I ordered the Salmon and lobster plate. These two dishes were amazing upon presentation and even tastier than they looked lol. I must say since we began dining at Todos Santos from when Daniel took over this place has blossomed this restaurant into the best Mexican cuisine in Orange County. With multiple awards to his credit Daniel has new menu items that he creates regularly and now opens after hours on Tuesdays and Fridays with a DJ and dance floor. On Saturday and Sunday the restaurant serves breakfast from 10 am to 2 pm and the dishes are delicious. Make a reservation and ask for Daniel. Let him know George sent you. “El Pollo Loco on Greenfield in Laguna Niguel is one of the best locations in our area. Isabel is the manager and we must say that we've had nothing but a wonderful experience with her, every time we've come here. One time, we were shorted during our drive-through order and we called her, and she immediately took care of it and then some! This evening we were back again and she was so kind to tell us all about their specials and to give us a coupon. She is so professional, courteous, and welcoming! If you want a good Apollo experience come to the Greenfield location, ask for Isabel, you won't be disappointed!!“

“What a great place for taco Tuesday! They have two types of Tuesday menus and I had the fish taco that ended at 5:30. I had two different ones and they were fabulous. Drinks go on all night and they were very good too. I will definitely be back.“

“My daughter and I went here for the first time yesterday for lunch. I ordered the Tostada, which was fantastic! Really, the best one I had ever had anywhere. My daughter ordered the lunch special taco plate and I took the same order home to my husband. They both loved it and my husband was so impressed that we decided to go back soon.“

“I tried their “Dos Enchiladas Rojas” with black beans, Salsa Mango and Pico de Gallo sauces. It’s apart of their new $10 bundle deals. I’d say the Enchilades were very good. The chicken was a little burned. But eating the Enchilada with beans and chips really helped bring all the flavor together. I truly enjoyed this meal!

“Our Women's Group meets there monthly and we always have fabulous service and the food is delicious!! They bring out the entire staff to sing, dance & play instruments for Birthday's and gift framed photos. Fun, family atmosphere!!!!“

“Went here for a quick lunch w a friend. In a very unassuming strip mall with plenty of parking (albeit narrow spots). They have loads of tables and chairs inside and a small patio area. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you in no time.

My friend got the ceviche which comes with a small basket of chips. It felt like it was missing something.... Salt? Lime? Citrus? All of the above?

I got a fish burrito bowl w blackened fish. This style was SO good. Spicy and fresh. The bowl was a little heavy on the rice. I definitely could have gone for more beans and way more lettuce but it wasn't bad.

They have a full salsa bar with really fresh pico and some spicy options which I really appreciated plus super juicy limes. It was awesome.

“This place is fantastic! I had their Chicken Tortilla Soup and it had so many layers of flavor. The staff are so courteous and attentive. Love the customer service and the food is delicious. Their medium spice salsa is fresh, you can taste the hint of lime and it is so flavorful. I am bookmarking this place and bringing back friends.“

“I liked the food here, the staff was always checking in and filling up the complementary salasa and chips. I got the veggie chimichanga and my wife got the wet burrito. I really appreciated them working with my customisation of making it a veggie chimichanga, however, I wish they have a side of the rice and beans which would normally be in there. Other than that, I think the overall food tasted good. We also liked their drinks, we tried the Spicy Mango and the michelada. This was a cute date spot, definitely on the little pricer side bht still good.“

“Where do I start with this place! Great food, great service, and amazing welcoming staff. Their lobster burrito was different to my palate but very delighting. Creamy delicious creative food. I’ve been to many places to eat and have never sent a review, but Taco Mesa hit it on the head for more. Fun Mexican food that makes you feel good about what you’re eating due to the healthy fresh food! Will definitely be back very soon.“

“Definitely authentic food. Service was fantastic. Friendly staff. Only disappointment are refills on soda are charged at a dollar each. When it costs less than 2 cents to fill up a soda and I spend almost $45 for my family's food, I think one refill should be free.“

“We were so lucky to find this place. Traveling from Seattle, we stopped for dinner and had the best food and service I've had!! The Nachos were to die for. The big burrito with the green creamy sauce was amazing! They also let us sit on the porch with our dogs and even brought them water. I just can't say enough good things. Good prices too!!!!!“

“A friend was showing me around San Juan Capistrano and this place is a hidden gem for good tacos. Each taco is about $4-5 unless you get street tacos (smaller) $2-$3. This has existed for about a decade according to my friend TB. She says it was cheaper back then, but inflation and the development of the San Juan Capistrano area has really increased the prices.

The two tacos I got today:
(1) El pastor - the spicy marinated meat lit a fire in my stomach in the good way
(2) Carne asada - the meat was generously provided
I was asked whether I wanted cilantro and onions with my tacos and I said a resounding yes! I was incredibly full with just two tacos. It’s a filling meal.

TB and I came around 10-11 am which is a bit early for lunch hahaha but this place opens at 6 am! We still had to stand in line for 10 min. That’s how much of a consistent presence of customers and service is provided. There are a lot of people working to prepare the food for you, so I’ve been so blessed.

You’ll be provided a receipt and a number. In a sense, it reminded me of a pastrami sandwich store I visited in NYC except this time it’s for tacos in Southern California. Hone in on your Spanish so that you’ll be able to recognize your number when they call it out too!

There’s much to look around and explore just within the restaurant. I was so tempted to order a juice and pastries, but God knew I wouldn’t be able to handle everything. I can’t wait to come again another day.

There are tables outside that you can sit to chat with friends, which is what TB and I did.

“Steak quesadilla was extremely chewy and greasy so I sent it back and still got charged for it. Took 30 minutes to receive check and 15 minutes to get credit card back when it was not even that busy“

“Don’t let the modest setting fool you. The food is exceptional. I favor the chipotle fish burrito and it’s one of the best I’ve had. The place is always busy but the wait is never long.

The staff are exceptional and be sure to tip them well.“

“I like Nono's Affordable Mexican food, and a front patio to also eat at. I like there enchiladas, tostados, tacos.“

“My last visit was 7 years ago during a food tour where this was one of the stops. I’m happy to report that they are still as good as ever. Where can you get a carne asada burrito for under $13 these days and one that is so fresh tasting. I purposely ate it without the accompanying verde sauce. The meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, cabbage and avocados were fresh, and the flour tortilla was thin and stretchy which held together all that goodness.

We were enjoying it so much we didn’t get a chance to take a photo. Dine-in is quite small having only 2 outside tables so it’s best for takeaway. Just walk 3 blocks on Laguna Ave. toward the ocean, sit on one of the park benches, and enjoy. Good job guys. So nice to know you’re still going strong and serving up fresh, affordable options in this pricey beach town.“

“Awesome food!! Been visiting (I’m from Chicago) since my daughters family moved to CA and discovered in 2008. I love the Mama Avila soup, very hearty and so delicious. There’s nothing that I’ve tried that I didn’t like. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!!“
