“El Pollo Loco on Greenfield in Laguna Niguel is one of the best locations in our area. Isabel is the manager and we must say that we've had nothing but a wonderful experience with her, every time we've come here. One time, we were shorted during our drive-through order and we called her, and she immediately took care of it and then some! This evening we were back again and she was so kind to tell us all about their specials and to give us a coupon. She is so professional, courteous, and welcoming! If you want a good Apollo experience come to the Greenfield location, ask for Isabel, you won't be disappointed!!“

“We decided to stop at this Dizzy Bird location after going to the Irvine location numerous times before. We didn't know it was in a food court, but I have to say that the food was quicker and tastier than the Irvine location. The service was also better. I don't know how they're doing it at this location, but everything seems much more streamlined than in Irvine; they should really keep it up.“

“My husband and I came in on a Wednesday around 1pm to avoid the lunch rush. We ordered the original hainan chicken, hat yai chicken, and popcorn chicken. Order came out within 10 minutes. Everything was delicious, definitely enjoyed it best with the KMG sauce and the habanero which had a nice kick. The popcorn chicken was surprisingly very flavorful in the best way. It’s a unique flavor and unlike other popcorn chickens I’ve had. It tasted good with and without the sauce it came with and will definitely be something I’d crave and come back for. 11/10 :)“

“This place is truly amazing and wayyyy better than Dave’s (which has lost its touch recently) and canes. The chicken was very flavorful, juicy and clean tasting with a great crunch. The service was amazing by the staff. I ordered the family box and it was around $50 for 10 tenders and 2 sides which is a crazy deal. I honestly never leave reviews but this place deserved it.“

“Went to Irvine location since I live in OC. I love Korean food. We ordered Fried Garlic Soy Chicken thigh so flavorful. Also a set of Yup O, it had rice cake, sausages, fish cake, cabbage and cheese. And the set came with seaweed rice and veggies fried tempura. My favorite place to go for this type of Korean food. Staffs were very nice. It’s a hole in the wall restaurant but good food and clean place.“

“You can only have 2- FAST, GOOD, OR CHEAP. Chick Fil A is fast and good. IN N Out is good but slow. Thats life. I love their ice cream soooo much, its a must. They offer orange soda which is kind of a rarity these days as well. Make sure if you order a chicken sandwich and you want all the vegetables and sauce on it, that you order the correct number And type.“

“The food is always good. Service was a bit lax and did not seem to care about the atmosphere. The place was dirty, with spills on the floor and trash overflowing. It was late and filled with teens and college students but wasn't like there usual.“

It was very good experience four stars. The only thing that was kind of difficult was the drive-through. Sitting on the toilet (admittedly as a broader broad) feels like you're waiting for suntea in granny's rocker on the porch. Needs a new flange and to be remounted at the minimum.

So as to avoid having to do it again sooner, rather than later, consider the repiping.

Of note the manager seemed like this is one of his biggest stressers... trying to get his bosses to agree to the job, while trying to still assuage customers who go through the experience.“

“I had never been to a Chick-fil-A. No I eat there once a week. The quality of the food & the size as well as the taste won me over. Customer service is comparable to the 1950's my family says. Imagine that was the norm, the line is long in the drive thru, however it takes 5-6 minutes.I highly recommend this establishment.“
