“Very good food. My wife lives on their bean and cheese burritos. Ive tried most of the menu, nothing was marginal. All very good but the carne asada, fish burrito and ensenada tacos stand out. They have a great salsa bar and you can load up. Can be a bit of a wait during peak hours. It gets pretty loud when the place is full but i must be getting old.“

“El Pollo Loco on Greenfield in Laguna Niguel is one of the best locations in our area. Isabel is the manager and we must say that we've had nothing but a wonderful experience with her, every time we've come here. One time, we were shorted during our drive-through order and we called her, and she immediately took care of it and then some! This evening we were back again and she was so kind to tell us all about their specials and to give us a coupon. She is so professional, courteous, and welcoming! If you want a good Apollo experience come to the Greenfield location, ask for Isabel, you won't be disappointed!!“

Food is generally prepared within 15 minutes of placing an order. I have only been to this location and I have been told that quality and options are different (and generally, not as good) at their other restaurants.
My favorites are the crunchy beef (asada) tacos and the beef enchiladas. I usually get the combo which includes a generous portion of beans and rice. Very tasty for the price!“

“i had no issue while visiting this taco bell for lunch. there was plenty of parking as it is located in a shopping center. the drive thru was empty and so was the parking lot so i chose to go inside and sit down instead. i had previously placed my order on the app so when i walked in it was ready. the burritos both tasted fresh and were pretty filled up. the gentleman behind the counter was really not caring about his customer service but that was fine as the food quality made up for it.“
