“My fiancé and I held an engagement party in the upstairs portion of the restaurant. We had tasted wines and enjoyed happy hour at the restaurant before so we were aware of the caliber it provided.
We had an amazing experience with the owner Suzy, who went above and beyond. As well as the staff and chef that helped with the event. The food was incredible, the venue decorated perfectly, and the service was worth every penny!
I know this review does not exactly embody the restaurant itself but it does exemplify how great the food, wine, service, and ambiance the restaurant has.“

“The staff is great, attentive. Food was delicious. Not a ton of seating so keep that in mind when deciding what time to go. Price is not cheap considering the quantity of food, but the quality was on point.

“Highly recommend Wine Gallery for a great dinner spot. The patio area is so cute and we really enjoyed everything we ordered. We started with the short rib tacos and caprese house burrata - both were fantastic and you could really tell how fresh the heirloom tomatoes and basil were. The sausage pizza had great flavor and the perfect crust. We finished our meal with the pumpkin pie and vanilla ice cream - delicious!“

“My fiance and I were in the area for my nephew's wedding. On Sunday morning, we looked for a breakfast location. We prefer the small local restaurants as opposed to the chains. Up popped this Laguna Cafe, close by where we were staying. From the time we entered the door, it was obvious we picked the right spot! it was cozy, homey, friendly and downright delicious. The clientele were all laughing, enjoying the morning and the atmosphere. We got served by Monja, the proprietor, who wore a shirt with our favorite scripture, John 3:16. As we bowed our heads to pray, she gently joined us in prayer. What a blessing. Needless to say, we will go back when in the area. Highly recommend the food too! And say Hi to Monja from Mark and Dianne from Arizona!“

“This small wine and deli boutique is located in a small strip just behind a gas station. Limited parking but there is handicap parking.They have metal tables outside the door for relaxing and consuming your meal.The door is covered with signage and rules but don't let that deter you from entering the establishment.The inside drink and wine area is clean and well-stocked. The organization of the products was great.  As I walked to the back, to my right was a wine tasting bar and to my left was a pretty nice deli. The young lady at the cash register greeted me upon entering.  When I walked to the back of this quaint deli/wine store I came to a cooler well stocked with local and imported drinks of all kinds. It's not just a wine bar. It's not just a deli. It's an experience.They had many sandwiches to choose from but I chose the sausage breakfast burrito. It was recommended by the clerk that I get some green sauce with it and she was right. The burrito was pretty big and crafted with care. With each bite, I had a taste of the eggs, sausage, cheese, and hashbrowns. Many burritos I encounter are just thrown together and rolled up where you get a different burrito in each bite. You could see the care even in the wrapping and cutting in half for easier consumption.The size of the burrito:The burrito is about as round as a Starbucks Venti cold cup and the length of a Venti Starbucks plastic straw. The breakfast burrito was cut in half for easier consumption.It took about five minutes for the burrito to be ready for me to take it to go. Total was $10.76 with tax as of 1/7/24 and was worth it.It was a lot of fun browsing the cold fridge drinks and entertaining myself with their clever names while I waited for my meal.I definitely recommend this secret wonder if you're ever in the Aliso Viejo, Ca area.“

“What an awesome venue. David and Joe took very good care of my group. I brought 48 people up from San Diego for a viewing of Top Gun. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The food was great and the atmosphere was just incredible. I love the nostalgia behind Rick's cafe and the theater was not only comfortable but absolutely gorgeous. Chuck Bellante makes a great cote du Rhone style Syrah as well as great Pinot Noirs, Viognier, Mourvedre, and Grenache. The tasting room is wonderful with good people sharing great wine! “Always a great experience at Rancho Capistrano Winery. We dine there a minimum of once a week and the staff always makes you feel at home. Janay knows our order when she walks up to the table and it is that personal detail that makes it a special local experience. Wine is always good, would like to see Zach come back on the menu. He and the wine are what also keeps RCW a favorite. If you are not a member, make the decision to be one....member nights on Tues and Thurs make for an affordable night out when everything else is getting priced high and higher. Customer Service is in some ways a lost art, the staff here knows how to take care of their customers“

“We were visiting Laguna over the weekend and stopped by Rye Goods on Saturday, and then couldn't not come back again Sunday. All of their offerings are SO GOOD. I had the morning sugar latte, iced, with oatmilk, and it was one of the easiest lattes to drink. It wasn't overly sugary, as the name might indicate, and the oatmilk didn't have a strong presence like some brands tend to do. Super easy drinker. We also had a burrito, avocado toast, and a handful of pastries. The avo toast was hearty and the bread was super soft and meant for this type of meal. We came around 8-9am both days and didn't have a problem with lines, seating or service. Those working were super personable and helpful. I wish I lived here so I could go to this place more often.“

The only red flag was when one of the wait staff sneezed twice into her hands and never went to wash her hands. We were there for at least another 45 minutes and she never left the area.
