“Interesting thing about several local Carl's is I have seen several times that they don't have something. This visit and visits to a few other locations is soda machines out of one or more flavors. This time it was out of several including Coke and Cherry Coke. Other locations often stop serving some items in the evening even though they are Open Late.“

“Sunday nights. 4am. I’m hungry and tired. I come here after work and who am I greeted by? The friendliest, happiest dude ever. I don’t know his name but he’s Latino and he legit is super friendly and helpful. That guy deserves a raise, or a gold medal or something. I have no idea how he keeps himself so happy but whatever it is, he’s awesome. I wish I knew his name. The food is always warm and decently fresh tasting, I only eat fast food after work if I’m starving but when I do eat it, I make sure to come to this dude. I hope all his wishes come true. “Look, I could be an ass if I choose to be so… But I’m not going to… All I’m going to say is that everyone I’ve come here before the last visit, I’ve had pretty much a good experience…But, the last time we went, I placed an online order and they apparently didn’t have ANY desserts… Which I guess was fine, it happens… But what wasn’t right was there the clown manning the register basically gave no you know what’s and offered no kind of substitution for it… His demeanor was just like “So we don’t have the dessert or any desserts for that matter and so even though you paid for it, because it’s an online order, I’m not going to offer or give you anything as a substitution”… So that was very off putting and kind of made me not want to go back to this location all because of one little incident where things were out if my hands as a guest, but apparently out of his hands because it was an online order… Maybe I’m wrong… But I really didn’t appreciate that all I got was a sorry all because it was an online order…

Never in my life have I ordered online and they were out of something that I ordered and not offered any kind of substitution… So because of this, and the person who saw no solution seeing as I paid in full for a product and only received a portion of what I paid for…“

“Great burger, like always. Mobile Order but I are it there, why is that not an option in the app? I like ordering in the phone, no mistakes and no line. I have my credit card saved so I don't even have to pay. Walk in and say my name and mobile Order. Simple and fast.“

“When you offer food this cheap specially in a area like Westwood all I expect is the food to be average and I'll be happy but falafel Inc. Is waaay above average. Everything is so fresh from the crispy falafel to the pickled onions. U can get a fries and a loaded pita for under 12 bucks in 5-10min. They also have their soy shawarma which packs a lot of spices so if you're looking for subtle flavor go for the falafel.
Only problem I have about this place is the tables and chairs outside. I had the same ones from ikea and they are horrible. They're not stable, the sauce cups fall through the gaps, and the table is barely big enough to keep your food. It's almost like they don't want you to dine in. If they switch out the seating for better/ more comfortable ones that'd be great.

“I have to leave a comment on excellent customer service from Elbi! I came in today 6/6 ordered food, but I only had a large bill 🤦‍♂️ Elbi took care of the change delay with no problem and lightning fast. She was polite and professional, something you just don't see in fast food much these days.
Give her a raise! Definitely an asset to your location.

“They turned off the music in the restaurant. It is pretty quiet, since they turned off the Muzak. Plan on spending 5-10min for indoor orders to go. Drive Thru 2-5min. EBT is currently accepted along with the normal forms of payment. I miss the background music, please bring it back :(“

$19.00 for a cheeseburger fries and a drink!? Not even at a sit-down restaurant at a fast food restaurant. I'm sorry that just really bothers me. The food is an exceptional either it's all right. So for my husband and I to eat there tonight we spent $42! If that's not price gouging it's just pure greed. Just insane.“

You don’t usually expect service with a smile these days, and it makes sense given how brutal it can be working for a corporation. “I come here usually on the weekends because the food always tastes better in my opinion. And when I do I go for the western bacon and a side of onion rings. And what I said before the food is always better on the weekends specifically at night. I always get helped by Gustavo and he does a good job to make sure everything’s perfect. So thanks to him and the chef too in the back. I always try to recommend this spot to people in town because it’s one of my favorite fast food places! “Had the California Double Cheeseburger combo. Was under nine dollars and the burger tasted great, just the silver dollar sized patties inside of a bun 3/4 of an inch bigger all the way around makes you feel ripped off. When I dine in, which I did, I try to pick the best deal. They changed the whole menu in the place now. There is no value at Carl's now either. Started with them before the inflation. The 2 for 5 everywhere else gets was 2 for 5.99 and in very small print on the sign. Just an example. Carl's Jr. Always used to have something cheap. Now the best you can get there is the big carl and the California double. Combos both under 10 bucks. Both with small drink and fries. The rest of the menu..pffft. Can go sit in a restaurant like olive garden and eat unlimited soup and salad cheaper. Carl's did away with green burrito. The salad bar. The 99 cent famous star. And the staff. Took 25 minutes to get our food. They need something on that menu thats cheap. The 2 for 6 they advertise on TV. I havent checked but ill bet its two for 6.99 here. Silver dollar size chicken patty and hamburger patty. They both used to be in the number 13 combo. Under 9 bucks. Also had a cookie. No value anymore. Had a shake afterwards. 2 for 7.99. Can buy a half gallon of ice cream and make 6 shakes the size of the 2 I got for 2.99.“
