“I recently visited Carl's Jr. at the lankershim location and my server, Brian/Eli, was fantastic! He provided top-notch service, was attentive and friendly, and even brought my food to my table. His professionalism and warm demeanor made a significant difference. He addressed me by my name instead of a number when my food was ready, which I have NEVER experienced before! Kudos to Brian/Eli for his outstanding service! Five stars isn't enough; I would give him 10 stars if I could! This has definitely become my favorite location, and I will be back for sure! “Great self run (no manager), little store with great one to one customer service. I wish we had more like it. Love dropping by several times a week, but employees running the store, things the employees can't handle: ordering food, supplies, required repairs of structural and cosmetic nature are often neglected. Best employee run store with heart I have ever seen, and I was once a Carl's Jr Store Manager, and helped train management team to become store managers with Carl years ago.“

“They turned off the music in the restaurant. It is pretty quiet, since they turned off the Muzak. Plan on spending 5-10min for indoor orders to go. Drive Thru 2-5min. EBT is currently accepted along with the normal forms of payment. I miss the background music, please bring it back :(“

“I come here usually on the weekends because the food always tastes better in my opinion. And when I do I go for the western bacon and a side of onion rings. And what I said before the food is always better on the weekends specifically at night. I always get helped by Gustavo and he does a good job to make sure everything’s perfect. So thanks to him and the chef too in the back. I always try to recommend this spot to people in town because it’s one of my favorite fast food places! Always a 10/10 for me and thanks for now starting to be open 24/7🙌“

“When you offer food this cheap specially in a area like Westwood all I expect is the food to be average and I'll be happy but falafel Inc. Is waaay above average. Everything is so fresh from the crispy falafel to the pickled onions. U can get a fries and a loaded pita for under 12 bucks in 5-10min. They also have their soy shawarma which packs a lot of spices so if you're looking for subtle flavor go for the falafel.
Only problem I have about this place is the tables and chairs outside. I had the same ones from ikea and they are horrible. They're not stable, the sauce cups fall through the gaps, and the table is barely big enough to keep your food. It's almost like they don't want you to dine in. If they switch out the seating for better/ more comfortable ones that'd be great.

“Had the California Double Cheeseburger combo. Was under nine dollars and the burger tasted great, just the silver dollar sized patties inside of a bun 3/4 of an inch bigger all the way around makes you feel ripped off. When I dine in, which I did, I try to pick the best deal. They changed the whole menu in the place now. There is no value at Carl's now either. Started with them before the inflation. The 2 for 5 everywhere else gets was 2 for 5.99 and in very small print on the sign. Just an example. Carl's Jr. Always used to have something cheap. Now the best you can get there is the big carl and the California double. Combos both under 10 bucks. Both with small drink and fries. The rest of the menu..pffft. Can go sit in a restaurant like olive garden and eat unlimited soup and salad cheaper. Carl's did away with green burrito. The salad bar. The 99 cent famous star. And the staff. Took 25 minutes to get our food. They need something on that menu thats cheap. The 2 for 6 they advertise on TV. I havent checked but ill bet its two for 6.99 here. Silver dollar size chicken patty and hamburger patty. They both used to be in the number 13 combo. Under 9 bucks. Also had a cookie. No value anymore. Had a shake afterwards. 2 for 7.99. Can buy a half gallon of ice cream and make 6 shakes the size of the 2 I got for 2.99.“

“Came in on a Sunday and was immediately greeted by Leo. Leo was super welcoming, friendly and gave us recommendations on what we should try for the first time. We got lemon pepper and hot agave. First off, the wings are a great size compared to other spots in the area. The seasoning is absolutely on point and the flavors are immaculate!! From the service to the food this is definitely our new wing place. I'm excited to come back and see what the other flavors taste like. Thanks again Leo for your hospitality!

“Out flight arrived almost an hour early and our ride was running late so we looked on Google maps for somewhere to eat and relax. We discovered "The Hut" and were very happy with our experience. The staff was friendly and the food was tasty. I got a bacon cheeseburger meal and my friend got pizza fries and a breakfast sandwich. Everything was great! Limted indoor tables but we happily sat outside. Only suggestion is: I wish there was a restroom.“
