“I have been going to Teriyaki and Roll House for a long time now and it is one of those places that never lets me down. The sauce is really nice and brings everything together without being too heavy. Every time I get the chance to come eat here I always leave feeling full and satisfied.
The chicken and beef bowl is easily some of my favorites. The meat is cooked right, the rice is soft, and it is one of those meals that fills you up in the best way. They have a bunch of sauces that make the food even better. The teriyaki, spicy mayo, and sweet and sour sauces are good and add a little extra flavor depending on what you want that day.
There are a lot of options on the menu that and what I appreciate most is how much they do with such a small kitchen. I like the food here a lot so I will be coming back more often whenever I get the chance!“

“I have been here on multiple occasions and I must say the food is amazing... I was a little skeptical at first because of the restaurants location and the outside. I was pleased when I actually went inside, the restaurant was nice and clean. Their macaroni salad is amazing, also on one occasion I ordered the Katsu chicken and it was cold when I received it. I explained that it was for my kids and if they had somewhere to heat it because I didn’t want to serve it to them cold. They were actually really friendly about the situation and I handed the plate back and they remade the chicken. I was pleased the way they handled my situation and always with a polite understanding attitude. Will be back.“

“Kyle was amazing. We had a blast celebrating my daughters birthday. The food was cooked to our liking and the service was on point. Kyle was an absolute blast and entertained beyond expectation. Thank you Kyle for the effort and the laughs. If your looking for a place to enjoy a relaxing and entertaining meal, you’ll be pleased with this place. If your looking for a black tie affair your an idiot to post something negative about this place because this isn’t and never has been that type of restaurant. I see some reviews on here that are just wrong on so many levels. This is by far an entertaining and enjoyable place to spend an evening with friends and family. Moses is another great chef that does a great job and has been there for a long time. We have enjoyed so many occasions at Tokyo steak house and they have always been great food and good service. I have been going to this place for almost 30 years and I have never been disappointed. Thank you to all the staff and special thanks to the chefs that make it just over the top fun.“

“Great food and service! Small capacity restaurant near Avenue K and 10th West ...near other stores in the Lowe's Center area. Parking can be a challenge near the store but there are plenty of other spots available in Lowe's parking lot next door.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spots nearby.“

“Food was really good. The price is on par with other sushi places but they take phone orders and are quick to answer any questions. I had an issue with my order and they patiently alloud me to send them a Text to go over what I thought was missing and to their credit it was my error. I appreciate their proffesionalism ans willingness to here my concerns. Sushi was great. Just wish I had gotten some eel sauce and egg rolls.“

“The place is small, but the sushi was flavourful and fresh, the portions are generous and very appealing.
This was our first time here, and probably not the last one.
The only inconvenient we had was a 40 minute delay in our food order, because for some reason we where skipped, I got my sushi and oddly the wasabi and ginger came after I was done with all my sushi roll.
I believe this was just an odd day and will try again another day.
Thank you.“

“Korean/Japanese food with many options. Plenty of rice protein options. I ordered the udon and beef bulhogi bowl. Spent 22$ and it was the best udon I've had. Simple delicious and big portion. Had pickled gold beet which was a pleasant little surprise. Better udon than any Japanese restaurant I've been to. Beef bowl was flavorful, juicy, with soft warm rice and softly fresh cooked veggies. I've always wanted to come here and drove by often. Glad I finally did. This is Def a gem in palmdale. All in all the experience Def left me pink and merry. Thank you keep it up!“

“The presentation also deserves recognition. Each plate arrived with attention to detail, making the meal feel curated rather than rushed. That level of care reflects a kitchen that respects both the food and the customer experience.
Service was another major highlight. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and quick to offer recommendations based on preferences rather than simply pushing popular menu items. That personal touch makes a huge difference, especially for guests who may be newer to sushi.
Pricing felt fair for the quality being served. While it may not be the cheapest sushi option in town, it absolutely justifies the cost through freshness, consistency, and overall experience.

“Really enjoyed this place. Staff was friendly and courteous. The food was delicious, you can taste the Mexican fusion in the sushi with hints of lime. Drinks were really good too! Atmosphere was chill (although it was happy hour). Will definitely be coming back.“

“I like this place. Very good poké bowl. Four types of protein cost $17.25. Ice tea $2.85. You can choose from tuna, spicy tuna, albacore, salmon, spicy salmon, and tofu. Imitation crab is also included. For your base, you can choose either white rice, brown rice, or vegetables. Additionally, all toppings like greens, corn, mango, pineapple, fish eggs, wasabi, ginger, and crispy or fresh onions are included. They also offer a variety of sauces. The place is very clean, and the staff is polite and friendly.
The only thing I didn’t like was the green iced tea because it was very tart.
Overall, it’s a great place to eat, especially if you’re on a seafood diet, as it includes plenty of seafood, and it’s also ideal for those looking to lose weight.
I highly recommend this place—it’s very good!“

“I hosted a Japanese Whiskey and Sushi night for a group of 12. We put in an order for multiple rolls, sashimi, and edamame to feed the entire group. When I showed up Big Tuna they had the order ready right on time, reviewed the order with me, and helped me get everything to the car. It was perfect! The group loved it and I plan to host this way again!“

“I f-king love real wasabi. It absolutely beats the pants off that super green horseradish paste every single time. And guess what folks? This is the place you’ll find it. Legit. I sat down and asked for uni, my go to, then for Otoro, the love of my life. Neither were to be found this night, but I discovered something more. After pouring a beer at the bar, I filled out the usual form, mostly chose the usual things, and sent a beer to the chef as well. He casually asked if I’d prefer to skip the menu and just let him cook, I obliged. This man wants be a legend, he wants to be remembered for something great, his passion burning fierce as his hands move the blade, steady and focused, slice, rice, squeeze, plate, sauce. All so meticulous, formless without form, thoughtful without thought. The plates were handed over the bar, 2 pieces at a time, art work for the senses and the mind, fortune fame jealousy and lust over steamed rice from tattooed forearms. Indulgence. The heat of a smooth beer buzz rising through my veins, an ode to Ichiban and a prayer to the gods who hold reverence for spirits, as the tuna hit my plate while he shucked an oyster behind the bar. These moments are treasured, yet lost, as the curse of being in the moment itself is fleeting. As per the usual when you see a chef coat, don’t ask for a menu, instead be bold, be curious, and ask for creativity. Two thumbs my guy. Smoke. Cook. Eat.“
