“I got the rare steak pho and the fresh BBQ pork spring rolls TOGO. The spring rolls and peanut sauce are great! The pho is really good. What I like the most is how they packaged it all for TOGO. They keep the ingredients separate so it is easy to reheat at home. It grosses me out when Vietnamese restaurants put the raw beef on the cooked noodles. They do not do this here and it comes in a convenient bowl you can use on the go!”

“We had a great prix fixe meal of 3 courses but the also offer 5 courses. No bad selections except for the cauliflower steak. I don’t think that is worth a steak or shrimp pasta but that is my opinion. Outdoor dining is available and they have heaters by the wall of sliding windows that open up totally he outside. Awesome deserts. I had the cookie butter cheesecake. I died and went to heaven.”

“WOW! It really pays to ask locals where to eat in town, because this spot blew our minds. We got the chefs tasting menu, at $85 it was a steal. Our amazing server, Esteban guided us through each dish, and gave us backstory on the history of the chef and family. If you’re not in the mood for the tasting menu, you NEED to get a dish that features the chefs grandmothers tomato sauce. 10/10 recommend.”

“The food was a delicate mix of Mediterranean flavors. A daring mix of ingredients that challenged and amazed our palates. My wife and I enjoyed tasting each of these delicate dishes. We had to ask for a slice of bread to finish our dishes. Even the sourdough slice came toasted just as it should be!

Too bad we had only the tin octopus. They didn’t have the seasonal charred octopus. You can skip the tin fish imho.

For wine we had the French Crozes-hermitage from the Rhône valley. A sure bet that did not deceive.”

This is not your ordinary poki as it is made with 24 Month Barrel Aged Soy. The level of freshness of the fish truly comes through as the flavors blend perfectly with the crisp avocado. It is a fine line when adding a flash fried avocado to a dish that’s usually served cold. Vallete executes it perfectly! For the main course, the Dry-Aged Duck is a must-try. Crispy skin, succulent meat, and a medley of locally sourced seasonal veggies. Dessert is not an afterthought here. Strongly Suggest even if we do not have room at the end we always order the ItsNotA ‘Snickers Bar’ Deux. Service is impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and the staff exudes genuine passion for the food and wine they serve. We love the whole team but especially Aaron-Jake-Sean-Isaac are amazing !?!?”

“What can I say, thai food is delicious, I was happy with most things on the menu, loved the fried chicken with the fried kefir leaves, pad thai really good but not a fan of the chives dumplings.
