I’d describe it as thin but very stable, not tough at all, slightly crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Toppings had excellent flavor 10/10“

My wife ordered the pizza and liked it, but i swear to you that she ate half of my burger while apologizing because that's just how good it was. Staff was lovely, as is the ambience. “This is mine and my boyfriend’s favorite place to eat! The food is not only delicious but the people who work there are just so absolutely wonderful! The service is impeccable. (We very much enjoy seeing the staff when we go… and if you are seeing this we love you guys!!!) We try and go at least every other week, and when we bring someone new it becomes their new obsession too. We are considering reaching out to see if we can host an event or have them cater our engagement party. I just want to share this place with the world it’s so fabulous in every way possible. “Yesterday my family went to Mods for lunch. We love Mods because we all get what we want on our pizzas plus they have corn as a topping. So good. My daughter asked Raley our pizza maker if she could arrange the pepperoni in a smiley face. Raley kindly obliged. We appreciate her kindness our daughter is special needs and talks slowly. She was very patient as our daughter chose what she wanted on her pizza. She also gave her a Mods sticker to write her name on and post on the counter there. Which our daughter thought was so cool. Her customer service was above and beyond.“

“I want to take the time to share such an amazing customer service experience at the Mary's on Summerfield.

I ordered online for NYE at around 6:25 pm. It was a last minute decision as other places we were going to get dinner from were closed. My order was forecasted to be done for pick up at 7:10 pm.

I got to Marys at 6:55 pm. Earlier than anticipated due to the rain. It was definitely busy for pick up orders. It is NYE. So definitely to be expected. I got to the head of the line and was told my pickup order should be done by 7:15 pm. Close enough. I wasnt bothered. 7:20 pm rolls around and I go to the counter to check on my order. Im not mad or irritated. I just wanted an eta as I can see how hard the crew is working and the phones are ringing non stop. I approached the counter and the young gentleman was already anticipating my question. He apologized for the delay and handed me a monetary voucher to use for next time. He said it would be another 20 minutes and apologized again. I wasnt expecting such a kind gesture. I could see how busy they were and its expected due to the evening it was. 20 mins passed and my order was ready. The young gentleman called me over, apologized again for the delay, and gave me some cookies (as well) for waiting. I wish I got the young gentleman's name. He went above and beyond. It wasnt expected but very much appreciated.

The food was hot and delicious as well! Quality was just as good even with how busy they were.

“We are always excited to try new restaurants during Restaurant Week. While we had been to CIBO Rustico a while ago, it felt like the right time to try again. Fortunately I had the foresight to make a reservation since the place was PACKED with happy people enjoying food & each other. Always a good sign! Anyway, we ordered the restaurant week special and a nice bottle of Carol Shelton Zinfandel. Our first course was a generous arugula salad. However, it was dressed(?) with a generous helping of warm prosciutto and balsamic dressing topped with with shaved parmigiano reggiano. Outstanding and we had to take some home. The next course was spinach ravioli in cream sauce. Again, very generous and outstanding! And again leftovers! Finally, pork spareribs braised in the house made red sauce. Each serving was two ribs but plenty after the previous abundance. Unfortunately there were none of those left over but the amount was perfect. The sauce had just a little bit of an edge and the ribs were fall off the bone perfect. The Shelton Zin made a great complement to this meal. We had sort of forgotten about CIBO in our rotation but, after that meal, it had to go back to the top of the lineup. Thanks guys!“

“I called in a pizza to pick up. First time getting a pizza here. They were so helpful and nice on the phone. I wasn't sure what to get. Asked if they have stuffed crust, THEY DO! I got an all-meat stuffed crust and it was ready so fast but cooked perfectly. The girl got my pizza and was super nice and friendly too. The restaurant was nice and clean, everything looked shiny and welcoming. The pizza was so good, lots of toppings, soft melty cheese and they gave me lots of parm and peppers, so I was a happy girl! “This was one of the most wonderful catered events I have attended in recent memory! My spouse and I hosted a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner for my son and his new spouse at DArgenzio Winery in Santa Rosa in early June of 2025. There were 35 attendees and we were catered to in the Cibo Rustico event room with a wine bar, relaxing music, bocci ball and incredible service. We selected numerous authentic Italian appetizers such as Vegan Salad, Ceasar's Salad, Rustic Fire Grilled Vegetables, Brochette breads, Caprisi Salad, and Pasta with Bolagnese and Pasta with Pesto sauces. That was followed by three delectable pizza selections (Margarita, Italian sausage and Pepperoni) and polished off with two desert selections of Chocolate Mouse and Tiramisu. Everyone in attendance was in awe of the dishes and ate until their hearts were content. We drank the DArgenzio Pinot Noir, Red Blend and Sauvignon Blanc and they were all terrific. I had forgotten that there was such a thing as "customer service" ever since the Covid19 debacle but the staff blew our socks off with friendly, attentive, professional and nurturing service for all members of the party. This was truly some of the best service I have ever seen and I would highly recommend this establishment. The cost was completely reasonable. My favorite parting shot of the event was watching all of our happy guests leave the event with boxes of awesome leftover food, bottles of extra wine and giant smiles on their face! Thank you DArgenzio Winery for making my Son's Wedding Rehearsal Dinner an unforgettable and epic event!“

In the past, I had some issues with who I believe is the manager being a bit cold and occasionally rude over the phone, but that hasn’t been a problem in the last couple of years. The teenagers working there are always professional and welcoming, greeting customers as they walk in.“
