“I haven’t eaten a donut in a decade but when the person sitting beside me on the plane yesterday told me that I had to go I did and I HAVE NO WORDS-YUMMMMM! Skip all the other donuts shops, break your donut fast if you’re like me and GO! So good. 😊“

“This place gives off San Fran vibes and I love it. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I had their french cruller and I think that it has crack in it—I was addicted after the first bite. Please stop by and support this neighborly little donut shop. My new favorite lil shop.“

“I love the pho noodle soup, ban mi sandwiches and curry chicken with rice -- solid vietnamese dishes here. Great take out and carry away options for the busy working professionals. There is also some seating in the shop at the front by the windows, and in the back as well.“

“Finally came by when it was open! Business hours aren't posted, but what was good to know is that the shop closes early on weekends (which is why I never saw them open) and occasionally they'll close early on weekdays. Staff was friendly and donuts are yummy! Picked up a dozen donuts to take into the office and was not disappointed. The old fashioned and buttermilk donuts have a nice crunch on the outside. Original glazed donuts can't beat Krispy Kreme but are definitely better than Safeway donuts!“

“I really like this place I just didn't want to give it full stars because they close at 2:00 p.m. and that to me seems ridiculous! the beach is packed until after sundown. they also have espresso drinks.
Parking: walking distance from two big parking lots.“

“A nice restaurant in SF that you can’t tell from the outside. It happens to be near our hotel and the price was great. Croissant was $3 and it was quite good. They have a lot Asian dishes and also some American food too. Asian dishes are best in my opinion although not very authentic and some are quite oily, but delicious and affordable compared to nearby options.“

“This place is the best and I hope they never close! I grew up in the area but now live out of the country and my family has relocated to the east bay but I still make the 60 min drive all the way to Jelly Donut whenever I come to visit them. The owners are super friendly and generous, often throwing in an extra freebie too. We've tried 4 other donut shops in the east bay and none are even close to as good as these. Long live Jelly Donut!“

“My husband is gluten free and I search for options for him whenever we travel. I was beyond excited to find Mariposa and we stopped for breakfast before our Alcatraz tour. Their bakery items were delicious and wish we could have had more! I wish they would have labeled that the olive oil/bacon/cheese swirl has olives in it as I would've chosen something else but the cheddar almond scone was amazing! Wish we could've taken a bunch home.“
“The spicy chicken wasn't as spicy as I would have liked - even with the additional hot sauce they provided - but then again, that might just be my high tolerance. The chicken itself was juicy and scrumptious and the garlic noodles had a great consistency to them. I didn't try the donuts, but the apple fritters were a great size and I definitely want to try one the next time I'm in the area. Employees were friendly and inviting, which is key for me as a return customer. And the prices are wonderful - currently 8 dollars for three items! While the selection isn't as wide as other Chinese joints (especially in Chinatown), it's great if you're craving Chinese food and want some some quick and cheap takeout.“

“Only place in the area that’s open at 6am. Decent selection of quick to go breakfast food. One of the best made English muffin with sausage and egg I’ve had. The old gentleman running the place is very nice and can see that a lot of his regulars coming in early in the morning to get their breakfast from him.“

“Kids enjoyed the donuts, other food options are limited (no omlets or oatmeal --menu on Google maps is old, and website inaccurate). Drinks were quite hot so took a bit to cool off and be drinkable. The sizes of drinks was also not clear.“

“Ordered the salmon poke bowl, with Leo as my cashier. Absolutely delicious, one of the best poke bowls I've had in a while. It was a great post meal workout after running along the Marina. They have a cashew sesame sauce that blends perfectly with the textures of the veggies, crispies, and rice. Will definitely be back to order more!“

“Been going here since I was a kid....great doughnuts but the customer service is lacking...I mean I get it they are just selling pastries and they woke up before the roosters but still...I mean you get to be around doughnuts at least smile at me or something. The other day I waited what seemed like an enternity for them to even acknowledge me. So if you want a delicious doughnut without the personal interaction this is your spot!!! :p“
