“Was ORIGINALLY disappointed because they didn't serve liquor. HOWEVER, they do have wine and 'sporty bombs', which were actually pretty tasty (shot of sake and cider). Otherwise, have domestics on draft plus a few IPA varieties (Elysian 'Spacedust' and Sculpin in bottle). The two pool tables are clean ($.75/game) and even. “They changed their vegan gardein chicken for the wings and the orange chicken entrée and it's just not as good. A huge bummer since we've been enjoying those dishes for years with no problems. The new stuff has texture issues and doesn't cook as crispy. Thankfully they have other vegetarian options and a great beer list so we'll continue going, just probably not as much as we used to.“

“Had such a great time at Johnny WAHOO Golf bar. The simulator has far more than just golf. I am a terrible golfer ?️‍♀️ an i was just as terrible with the simulator. But i did have a great time throwing a baseball at the screen. We got lucky and got 2 hours on a Thursday without a reservation. The bartender was so kind and friendly. Great beer and alcohol selection. Between the drinks, the reasonable price, and the different sports and games on the simulator this was a great way to spend 2 hours in gaslamp.“

“Your normal local dive bar.Crowd can be a little so so, however tends to not ever be packed.There was always some sort of celebration that would have a potluck, they were always friendly enough to ask you if you wanted to join.We would go for our quite date nights. Round 8 ish to 10 maybe 11. Pool, cheap drinks, interesting people watching and comfy clothes never stood out.“

Also, fishing tip… I ordered too much food and we had about half a coney dog left from my nephew (not sure how with how great they tasted but we ate too much) we used it for bait and instantly got hit when the whole group was skunked all day. Foodie approved, fish certified with regret after eating the deliciousness and being hooked.“

“My husband was in a business dinner and they walked some of gaslamp afterwards. After they parted ways, he needed to use the bathroom so he ran in the closest restaurant. They said he couldn't use it unless he was a customer. I totally get that but they were packed out so it made no sense.... Either way, he bought a chicken quesadilla to go. He brought it back to the room for me and our sons to have. It tasted good...until my youngest son spit out a piece of plastic he found inside the quesadilla. My Husband called about it the next day bc they were then closed. Their response was "oops sorry" like wth?! They then said "bring it back along with the plastic." No mention of a refund or investigation of how it happened. And by that point, room service had come and took the box of the rest of the food plus no one wanted to fight downtown traffic and pay to park to have them possibly offer us another quesadilla . 🙄 Again the food we did eat, minus the plastic, was good but the service wasn't.“

“I dig the vibe here. Nice Long Bar, comfy chairs, big tvs, great service and the beer offerings are on point. My wife was also happy with the wine selections. The real Duece Bigelow here is the food, they have some kind of a magic man hiding behind two double doors in the kitchen whippin out delicious burgers and damn near whatever his heart desires. the menu is small but it'll cash your checks all day, everyday!

“I love taco Tuesdays. This is one of my favorite places for tacos. The hamburgers are great and Sunday brunch is always fun. I love 💕 like on St. Patrick’s Day. They had corn beef tacos, which were totally killer. On Thursdays one of their specials is a hotdog and fries. They have a bun length hot dog with a spiral cut, and a nice big fluffy roll instead of the traditional hotdog bun. The fries are hot and delicious. They have some of the best tasting sliced pickles. I can never find delicious pickles like that at the store. On taco Tuesday, I would love to have a hot dog taco. That is how much I love their hotdogs. I’ve never had a bad meal. Everything is delicious.“

“11 friends and I arrived for a pre-arranged event with a planned 2-12 lap 6 person qualifying (fast lap) and 1-16 lap main event. We arrived at the pre-arranged time and found several people on the track. We waited ~45 minutes for the first qualifier, had additional individuals on the track prior to our second qualifier, and again waited for others on the track prior to the main race. The qualifier times were to be combined, but weren’t. The main event went well, but at least one more flagger would have allowed less issues during passing manoeuvres. Complaints aside, I would return. The carts were quick considering the track setup, and they seemed to be very similarly setup regarding acceleration/top speed. A final FYI - consider bringing your own approved helmet. The ones provided were pretty much done, and additionally poor fitting.“

“The service is always the best and friendliest you can find. The food... prepared fresh every time is the extra wait. The atmosphere is decent enough, good waiting space for pick up orders, but the dining area could use a little reorganizing. It's kind of difficult getting by seated tables trying to refill a drink or use the restroom. “We hosted an annual UCLA Alumni Network of San Diego event here in conjunction with the USC Young Alumni Association of San Diego for Rivalry Week. Megan made everything so easy to book and order apps for the group, they had drink tickets we could use for our guests, and guests could also order additional drinks and food on their own tabs. We plugged into the giant screens for our Game Show and they were amazing!

Everyone had a great time and I've always enjoyed the beer and food at Novo. The servers were attentive and took good care of our group of 40. Thanks to Leo, Megan, Ava, and the whole team!“

“I went to the Full Circle Saloon and they played this degrading song that said “A lap dance is better when the stripper is crying. Well I find it quite a thrill when she grinds me against her will.” More lyrics from this song say ” I told Bambi I wanted to skin her….. and wear her face like a mask. I have to admit it was even more of a turn-on when I found out she was doin’ me to buy baby formula.” This is a a song appropriate for serial killers and John’s who rape sex workers who are forced by their situation to work against their will. The bartender was angry and irritated with me when I asked to him to please turn it off. Two other female workers were unconcerned. The Female owner Michelle Bailey said she will not be a song N*** and did not offer to do anything about it. Oh She said there is a guy there that likes to play this song when he plays pool. If people there accept this happening I will vote by not going there.“

“Definitely not a place that gets going all night like a club would but a very cool and quaint spot to grab a drink with a group friends. Pool tables and a variety of drinks on tap. Bartenders are receptive as well. Juke Box is a plus to play music of one’s choice.It’s honestly kind of it’s own place in the middle of everything, but wouldn’t mind staying here for a night and drink the night away. The Elwood is nearby too.“

“Lately, I have really enjoyed the food here! The short ribs, the burgers, grilled chicken with spicy sausage and the onion rings. The staff was friendly and helpful. The regional manager (Stephanie, I think) helped me with a mismatched order and I was very satisfied with her help. The dining area looks a little outdated but the food makes up for it. Looking forward to our next visit.“

I like how they have a smoking area where you could still hear the music dead on , but they could have dimmer lights in the smoking section coz it bothered my eyes ???? I don't think anyone would mess with ??. Bathroom was very clean and the long mirror A+ ???.
