“Stopped for lunch a couple weeks ago. It was our first time dining at the Grateful Gypsy Bistro. I had the fresh pasta with bolognese, Hubby had a burger. We both were beyond impressed. My Bolognese was delicious! Best I’ve ever had from a restaurant. Imo- better than the one at Pasta Moon! Hubby’s burger was equally delicious… Food was amazing! Portions were plentiful. We will definitely be back!“

“After having lunch at the Lodi store I was slightly disappointed with my Cowboy hamburger choice this time. The burger patty was thick, so it was meaty. For me, the meat was bland. The barbecue dipping sauce did add more pizzazz. I must say the counter lady was friendly and welcomed everyone with a smile, as she took our orders. With limitations this lady interacted customers. The atmosphere is light and most customers were able to have conversations without fear of being too loud.“

“My colleagues and I came in to share a meal and it was great, but not just because of the great food and music playing in the background. Our server, Kimberly, was a delightful lady and was always coming in to check on us. We’d finish our waters or our meals and she’d come right up to the table as if on queue despite how busy she was. “I've been to Market Tavern in Stockton, but wanted to try the new Market Tavern in Lodi. The menu was new, bur familiar. I couldn't find some of my old favorites, so I experimented and was richly rewarded.

I'm a light eater, so I got the duck appetizer. It was delicious, although a little tough. The wine list has been upgraded. Our server was Johnny-on-the-spot with our refill needs.“

“I love that almost all the great local wines are available in the bar. The ribs and pesto are my favorite, and have had that more than 100 times. I like the bar and old side. I absolutely hate the new open table area in the the back and refuse to sit there. They need to give that a little more character. It is too open and noisy with poor quality tables and chairs. They could make some large booths and maybe even a curtain around the booths to quiet it down.“

“This place was so cute, the atmosphere and the people were old school. The food was amazing. And even the customers that were most likely regulars, were so sweet making chit chat with my son and complimenting him. The portions were huge and the food was reasonably priced.“

“The bacon burger was cooked fresh, it was tasty, not fancy, but good. Fries were hot and fresh. Service was fine, noon at a golf course on a Tuesday only one person working. Once our order was in it came out quickly. It's a dark golf course bar, but we sat on the patio and watched the golfers, there was a breeze, and that was nice.“

Especially the service that Alejandra, Lilly, Elis and Brianna render!!! EVERY single time we’ve visited this IHOP restaurant, we are greeted with a smile and such a warm welcome . These ladies treat us as if we are family and not just patrons, their attitude and behavior shows how much they ENJOY what they do😊
We have visited IHOP restaurants when we travel, and although we receive good service, however, nothing compared to our visits at our “home” IHOP!!
Needless to say, we will continue to support and visit THIS restaurant!!!!“

“I walked in thinking I could handle the spice. Five minutes later I was negotiating peace terms with the chicken sandwich.
The chicken was crispy, juicy, and so good I had to stop talking for a moment and just appreciate what was happening.
The fries disappeared immediately. I looked away for two seconds and somehow they were gone. Suspicious.
I ordered medium spice. The chicken interpreted that as a personal challenge. My taste buds went on an emotional roller coaster, but I regret nothing.
The staff were great, the portions were huge, and the food had me considering a second order before I even finished the first.
Overall, if you're hungry and enjoy chicken that fights back, this is the place.

“Great atmosphere, plenty of seats, friendly staff, and good tasting food. I had dropped my car off at the Acura dealership nearby and wanted to get something to eat so I passed by this iHop location. I was greeted and seated right away as soon as I arrived, there wasn’t a lot of persons when I got there but within 15 minutes of being there it was starting to get busy. I ordered coffee and the split decision meal and my ordered was ready in about 10 minutes or less. All the food tasted great and the coffee was delicious as well. My waiter was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed while I was there. Overall great experience at this iHop location, I will definitely be coming back next time I’m around the area.“
