“this is hands down the best bar in the region. it’s not even close. i have worked at places with michelin guides, a dozen + james beard awards, and everything in between, so i like to think i know a good bar from an average one. baby gee is the real deal!“

“The atmosphere is this place is awesome. The seating is also pretty cool as you can eat upstairs where you can overlook at the water. The service was great too! The food was a solid as well. I got the winger which is like their classic burger and the waste em all. The winger was a decent burger and I would say the bun steals the show as it is perfectly toasted. The waste em all was a decent burger but the green chilis overtake the flavor of the burger. Overall, this place was great and I would definitely come back for the vibes and to try different burgers.“

“I got the 2 tacos and beer for 6$deal. Fresh Ingredients and a superb flavor. been coming to this establishment for 10+ years. The food is always delicious no matter what you order. The carna asade is so juicy and flavorfull with that green salsa. I always enjoyed the carnitas here. I brought my mom here as well may do it again on friday!“

“Lovely experience here, both the little grocer and bar/restaurant side were delightful with a warm atmosphere. All the staff members were friendly and informative on the menu. The sandwich itself was delish and I wish I lived here to try more of the menu. Appreciated the fact that this place feels like a true community center/3rd space, with regular stopping in to say hi and people coming during the day for a drink and work. They also host events, which i think is an important factor of any neighborhood bar.“

“What a fun place to hang out at in the Belmont Shore business district of Long Beach CA. Murphy's Pub @ the Belmont entrance is right next next to the gym and you can grab a beer/wine , watch sports and look down on 2nd Street and people watch.“

“What a great place to relax before travel! Micheal M was so amazing, he not only helped me and my family feel comfortable and ensure we were doing well the whole time but I also witnessed his care for other families! He definitely went beyond his normal duties to help ensure that I receive my cc after leaving it behind on accident. Wow!!! So grateful and appreciative

“definitely a slice you need to eat if you are in Southern California. I had the Brooklyn pizza and it was everything I wanted. when I'm visiting were eating here. if you like a slice from l&b spumoni you'll love it“

“Love this place and I frequent it quite a bit now. Drinks are reasonable price, atmosphere is chill and sporty and bartenders are very attentive and always on point. Beer selection is nice and wide enough that I'm always having a diverse amount drinks from IPAs, blondes or whatever. Even the food is pretty nice. I usually recommend the fries.“
“Only thing wrong with this place is the owner is diehard 49er fan. She’s definitely decent to look at but don’t let her fool you, she’s a degenerate 9er with no hope of recovery. Other than that, this is the best bar in Long Beach. Real people, make everyone feel right at home right away. I’ll be back soon. #RaiderNation4“
“There were enough people there for a good atmosphere, yet it wasn't crowded. When they played the live music it was a bit too loud for us to be able to hear each other, but I had a lot of fun! The bartenders were friendly, pretty, and easy to get along with. I would absolutely go back next time I have the chance!“

“We threw the dice and landed on this place earlier in the evening on New Years Eve. This was so last minute, we lowered our expectations. The place was quiet, but it was early.... We were bowled over by how good everything was! The fish was light and delicately seasoned. My steak was perfection. The vegetables were fresh, assorted and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding. This was our first time and we will visit again!“
